'The First is a very nice small apartment complex in a lively area in La Spezia. The very nice host Andrea went out of his way to make our trip very great. We were given great Cinque Terre tips and suggestions for restaurants. The hotel is very clean and modern. The only thing I would change is a little more privacy by having the bathroom window closed. Bathrooms are best when they're private. Had a great experience overall! '

'Information on how to access the property was very clear and comprehensive. Location was excellent placed between train station and good shops and restaurants. Room was super clean and modern. '

'Geweldige locatie, direct achter het station en dicht bij het centrum (300 mtr.). Overigens geen last van lawaai of zo. Prima uitvalsbasis als je de Cinqe Terre wilt bezoeken. Kamers zijn praktisch maar leuk ingericht. Je krijgt van Erica ( of een collega) ontbijtbonnen die je in één van de vijf geselecteerde cafeetjes kunt besteden. Simpel ontbijt; koffie/thee, croissant en een glas jus. Er zijn (beperkt) privé parkeerplaatsen beschikbaar, is wel aan te raden.'

'Comfortable and reasonably priced accommodation in the lovely village of Corniglia. The staff were helpful and accommodating. We loved our stay. Would recommend trying to get the room with the terrace which has more space to spread out and enjoy the stunning view. The garden below was a nice spot to relax as well. Would highly recommend. '

'We had an amazing stay at this hotel, Paolo was super attentive, they provide an excellent service, the room was spacious and clean, it has everything you need and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel is on top of a hill but there are 2 elevators you can take which makes it extremely easy to access with luggage if you need. We arrived by car and Paolo helped us to find a parking on the street. We definitely recommend this place and we would 100% stay here again when visiting the 5T. Thank you...

'Bien situé, belle chambre, propre, restauration et boutiques directement à la sortie de l'établissement. Piste cyclable à proximité, location de vélos tout près. Matelas beaucoup trop dur...un juste milieu serait préférable pour satisfaire la majorité. Bar-resto tout près...musique très forte jusqu'à minuit. '

'Zentral in Bahnhofsnähe und zur Fußgängerzone, die Einrichtung war neuwertig und zweckmäßig, aber etwas klein. Zur Straße hin gelegen, was aber dank der Schallschutzfenster kein größeres Problem darstellte.'

'Het enige wat erg vervelend was is dat de WIFI heel slecht was misschien handig om een paar modems te plaatsen? '

'Het verblijf is zeer gunstig gelegen om een uitstap te maken naar Cinque Terre. Met de trein goed te doen wat maar 5 minuten lopen is vanaf het verblijf. Er zijn goede fietsen gratis beschikbaar. Leuk is om bv met de fiets naar Levanto te rijden of het rustig gelegen Framura.'

'Bra läge med närhet till tågstation och centrala delarna. Väldigt bra kylande ac och fräscht rum! Däremot väldigt lyhört mellan rum och mot gatan, mycket ljud in vilket störde sömnen! Lite otryggt område med mycket missbrukare som hängde utanför. Överlag ok man man bara ska sova någon/några nätter.'

'Everything was great but we asked 4 times for the Wi-Fi code and never received it. Instructions on how to use amenities in the apartment would have been helpful and directions to the office to pick up keys would be great.'

'Echt fantastisch uitzicht uit kamer of tuintje, maar de foto's bedriegen wat. Tuintje of terras is er wel, maar geeft niet uit op de kamers. Airco werkt niet, en niet alle ramen hebben muggengaas, en ja er zitten veel muggen. Ontbijt is echt de prijs niet waard, restaurantkeuken is van degelijke kwaliteit. Locatie is een goede uitvalbasis om cinque terre te verkennen'
