Es war ein toller Aufenthalt für einen Kurztrip. Super zentral, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Personal super freundlich - regards to Yensis ♡ Einziges Manko, die Zimmer sind hellhörig, wenn der Nachbar, dass Zimmer verlässt, weiß man das ;)

Very nice hotel, a couple of points for management though. The room needs 2 comfortable chairs in it, without them, it is difficult to just relax and read in your own space. The pool was closed, and this was one reason why we booked the hotel as the weather was fabulous. Minor points otherwise a lovely stay and lovely hotel. Thank you

Lovely stay in the center of Palma
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Hotel staff was incredibly kind and attentive to any questions or needs we had. We would definitely return to this property again and recommend it to anyone wanting a safe, quiet, and convenient hotel.

Joli hôtel en plein centre. Plein de charme Problème de nuisances sonores durant notre nuit. La voie d'une cliente au bar du rez de chaussé étant entendu dans les chambres du 1er étage jusqu'à 0h30. La direction s'est excusé le lendemain sans compensation . Nettement insuffisant a ses tarifs de nuitée. De plus la porte coupe feu reste ouverte volontairement donc problème de sécurité.

Chère Cecile,Suite à votre commentaire, nous avons vérifié les caméras et l’heure réelle était 23h30. A partir du moment où vous nous avez fait savoir que vous étiez dérangés, la situation s’est arrêtée car la cliente s’est en allée. Nous vous informons que la politique de notre hôtel ne nous permet pas de compenser nos clients avec de l’argent. C’est pourquoi la direction vous a offert d’autres alternatives que vous avez refusé au lieu nous informer que vous alliez nous pénaliser en nous laissant un mauvais commentaire tel que vous l’avait.Concernant les portes couvre-feu, je souhaiterai clarifier le fait qu’à l'hôtel, nous avons approuvé et certifié toutes les inspections de sécurité pour nos clients. Si toutefois vous changez d’opinion, nous serions enchantés de vous accueillir de nouveau.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel. A very warm welcome, friendly staff and lovely room. The front desk manager(s) were so helpful. Even to the point they emailed recommendations for bars, beaches and restaurants! Easily walkable to all main locations but quiet and relaxed when in the hotel. Pool was small but ideal after a long day of exploring. We didn’t chose the breakfast option at the hotel but there is a bakery across the street which made the best pastries of the trip! Have already recommended staying at this hotel to friends and family and will definitely return in the future.

Ein Wiedersehen
Wir waren 2007 im Hotel "mission de san Miguel" und waren sehr überrascht, dass wir per Zufall wieder das gleiche Hotel gebucht haben. Jetzt heisst es MHOUSE Boutique Palma. Sehr gute Lage, direkt an der Fussgängerzone. Neu renovierte Zimmer und ein schönes Frühstückbuffet.

My wife and I spent one night at the hotel and the staff could not have been more helpful. Really atttentive front desk which made us feel very welcome. Perfectly located for the old town but incredible quiet at night highly recommended.

The property was really well put together and the staff were great. Really convenient location on the high street in the old town and close to Plaza España for transport connections. Our first room in the hotel had an incredibly noisy AC unit but the staff organised the next day a transfer to another room which fixed the issue.

Loved our stay at MHOUSE Palma, a great location and easy to walk everywhere. Rooftop pool was great and accessible most days if needed, staff were very accommodating. Room was very clean and spacious with plenty of amenities if required - fully stocked mini bar etc. Note that the restaurant isn't open on Sunday and Monday eve but otherwise a great spot for a cocktail or cold drink in the courtyard. Overall a great stay and would recommend. :)

Good but a little overpriced
Lovely decor, great location, extremely friendly staff especially the lovely Santi on the bar and the reception staff, the breakfast was good but maybe just a little overpriced. Our room was comfortable enough but faced directly on to a graffitied wall as it was on the ground floor. We didn’t really use the pool as it was very small and we went to the beach most days. At almost 1000 for four nights stay with no breakfast included i think it was a little overpriced to be honest but nonetheless a nice hotel.

The hotel is a lovely welcoming space in a quiet little alley off a busy shopping street. The staff are excellent and the court yard is beautiful. It has a little roof top pool which you can book for an hour too. Breakfast was good but didn’t try the other food as they close the restaurant Sundays and Mondays. Very comfy bed.
