Prijs kwaliteit verhouding was voor ons erg goed. Mooie kamers. Afwerking soms wat minder, maar dat vind ik geen probleem. Het is schoon. En gelukkig zijn de kamers niet zo gehorig. Het eten vonden we ook erg goed, smaakvol en gevarieerd. Nadelen vonden wij: in het najaar staat de zon lager en dan is er vrij weinig zon bij het zwembad. En we vonden het voor s’avonds een stukje op te lopen, een te rustige buurt.

Ontbijt was goed maar te weinig personeel en te afgelegen van andere leuke dorpjes. Je kon er niet heen lopen je moest echt met de bus of auto

Fijn verblijf gedurende 5 nachten half pension. Veel keuze en afwisseling zowel bij het ontbijt als bij het avondeten. Het personeel van de animatie doet erg hun best om het iedereen naar zijn zin te maken: aquavolleybal, aquagym, kinderdisco, goocheloptreden, dansavond...

We booked a family room and full board. When we ate lunch the first day we ordered a beer and a bottle of water. When we came back to the restaurant for dinner, somebody told us to pay the drinks from lunch eventhough we had full board. In Germany water is often inclusive when you book full board. We understood the request of the payment for the beer but not the water. Neither Expedia nor the Hotel wrote in the description that full board does not include drinks. Besides that the next beach is one 20 minute hike away and you may wanna bring bathing shoes because there is no way you can go barefoot in the water. The pros for the hotel are the pools with slides and the buffet in the restaurant. If you don't mind paying for all the drinks or to book all inclusive directly and just wanna have a hotel with a nice pool and you just wanna enjoy the weather then the hotel is okay. If you want more you should book somewhere else. The next shopping opportunity is far away, in llucmajor is just a supermarket.

Nice short transfer e25-30 in taxi. We were there for a short stay and had a lovely time. Food was fine, rooms were clean, good pool areas. It’s in a quiet location but we didn’t mind that. Our children loved it. Not many English speaking guests or staff but again we didn’t mind. We would return no problem.

Um bom lugar para ir com a familia, principalmente com miudos pequenos. O quarto estava limpo mas era muito pequeno para 4 pessoas. e o serviço de limpeza falhou um pouco na reposição das toalhas.

Struttura fatta su misura per chi non vuole mioversi dall'hotel durante la vacanza. Pulito e ricco di servizi dalla piscina alla sala giochi. Ottima colazione. Stanze grandi. Bagno grande ma doccia in vasca scomoda. Abbindante la colazione sia nel dolce sia nel salato. Nei dintorni solo case residenziali. La sera serve la macchina per spostarsi.

Perfect! We would stay here again, such good value for money, the staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful, speak good English. We had such a great time, the breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and bed comfortable, we slept well. Can’t fault hotel at all, thank so much!

Family holiday in Mallorca
The Hotel is a big complex, well equipped and organised, but the wifi was not really stable, there were exact points in the room where the signal was lower or sometimes no wifi. Overall the room was clean, but some common places in the hotel were not really often cleaned. The food was good and the staff was kind, but the staff on reception was moody and slow. Hotel preregistration made online but by the desk we need to fill out once again everything what was done online. The daily animation by pool and in the evening were well organised. Overall the hotel and our stay was good, I rate this hotel 8 out of 10.

Hôtel pas digne d’un 4 étoiles! - Personnel à l’arrivée peu sympathique et pas bavard!!! - Douche composée d’une pression très faible… pas facile de laver des cheveux chaque jour! Inadmissible pr un 4 étoiles! - Soirées trop bruyantes. La musique est superflue pour les personnes qui veulent se reposer ds leur chambre et trop tardive. Sinon soirées similaires, sans vraiment de thème. Climatisation non concluante et très bruyante produisant odeurs désagréables. Par contre, pt déjeuner fourni et varié. Personnel du restaurant accueillant et souriant.

The staff was great and even helped us dig through the trash looking for expensive Invisalign that my daughter left in the dining hall. They had some food for us when we came in at 4am. However, the wifi didn’t reach our room and the air conditioning was not good. The windows didn’t offer good airflow either so we weren’t able to cool down the room that way. We were pretty uncomfortable in the room. The buffet was not good. The water went out while we were there but they were able to get it fixed as soon as possible. All in all I would not recommend this property as a vacation spot.

L'hôtel est bien situé avec un cadre merveilleux et calme. Bien entretenu. Avec un personnel compétent et serviable, malgré, parfois, le frein d'une autre langue, car tous ne sont pas polyglotte, ce qui est normal, on arrive à se comprendre. La chambre est vaste, avec un plus appréciable, un balcon avec chaises et une table, où on peut flemmarder et fumer tranquille, le cendrier est fournit. La salle de bain aussi est bien, grande avec une baignoire, un wc, un bidet et un lavabo, bien entretenu. Le service de ménage est bien fait, et, même s'ils font la chambre d'à côté, on entend rien à travers les cloisons. Le prix est correct, et, je le recommande avec un plus, de prendre en pension complète, chose que je ferrais la prochaine fois, si j'y retourne, car leur restaurant est excellent.

Täydellisen upea pihapiiri ja mahtavat liikuntamahdollisuudet. Rauhallinen lähiöympäristö, ei mikään hotellikeskittymä. Hotellissa ei ollut levotonta. Hotelli ei ole ns. pyöräilyhotelli, mutta polkupyörän säilyttämistä hotellihuoneessa ei rajoitettu. Huoneissa puutteena pidän sitä, ettei niissä ole hyllytilaa lainkaan. Tavaroita oli säilytettävä enimmäkseen matkalaukuissa tai pöytätasoilla. Puffet oli toimiva ja ruoat hyviä. Ainoastaan paistopisteeseen joutui jonottamaan. Ravintolan henkilökunta ei aina pysynyt ruuhkahuippujen aikaan vauhdissa mukana ja puhdasta pöytää sai ajoittain etsiä. Voi silti suositella varsinkin lapsiperheille. Hotellin tontilla on lasten leikkipuisto keinuineen ja liukumäkineen, sekä myös lapsille sopiva uima-allas. Hotelli ei ole huomannut markkinoida sivurakennuksen katolla olevaa hieman isompaa uima-allasta. Se ei näy kuvissa lainkaan.

Personnel très aimable. Hôtel agréable . Repas très bon. Le seul point négatif : la pression de la douche très faible et le savon et shampoing fourni pas de très bonne qualité.

El establecimiento es un 4 estrellas pero a mi parecer es un 3 estrellas superior ya que las instalaciones no son modernas sinó reformadas con lavado de cara pero antigüas. Los ascensores con el techo medio suelto y mucho ruido como si se encallara cuando bajábamos al comedor. Las habitaciones renovadas pero con olor a humedad. La comida tipo buffet es aceptable pero había poca variedad. El personal del restaurante muy amable y atento sobretodo los cocineros que preparaban en plancha lo que les pidieras y también la encargada de sala, una señora morena con gafas y pelo largo recogido en una cola, muy muy agradable y simpática.

La réactivité de l'accueil aprés avoir signalé une fuite à la chasse d'eau. Les repas étaient corrects et variés, seul bémol, l'attente pour avoir une viande grillée. Une aberration, eau payante pour les demi-pension. Personnel pas très souriant, (les jeunes, aucun effort pour parler français) chaises très bruyantes à la salle à manger. Hôtel loin de tout, surtout de la plage. Voiture indispensable.

La posizione e' abbastanza comoda per fare escursioni nel resto dell'isola. La stanza e' grande e confortevole a parte gli scomodi cuscini lunghi a salsiciotto. La colazione e' sicuramente abbondante e varia ma non si distingue in qualita'.

Vacances
Hôtel et chambre avec balcon propres et conformes aux photos et descriptions. Personnel sympathique. Wifi gratuit même dans la chambre. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal pour pouvoir profiter de se balader sur l’île, à proximité de l’aéroport ( moins de 15 min ).

Muy buena experiencia
Un hotel con las habitaciones un poco antiguas pero muy limpio y cuidado, con un entorno muy agradable y con servicios de restauración y supermercados cercanos. La comida muy buena, con cenas temáticas cada noche. Personal muy atento y amable, especialmente el de animación, que han sido muy cariñosos con mi hija en el club. La situación obliga a desplazarse en coche para ir a la playa, ya que la cala más cercana es de piedras, pero a cambio es una zona muy tranquila y bonita. Tiene dos piscinas grandes en las que habitualmente encuentras tumbonas libres sin problemas, no como en otros. Tiene un minigolf propio y mesa de ping-pong, disponibles gratuitamente.

El Hotel está bastante bien y en una zona muy tranquila, y el restaurante es muy bueno. Lo que es mejorable es el horario de apertura de la piscina, ya que cierra muy pronto.
