'Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area. '

'The views are absolutely amazing! The pool and roof garden are the perfect area to relax in. Onsite shop well stocked. Would have been nice to have More than 1 rather small towel per person i.e hand towel, face cloth… Take ear plugs if light sleeper- could hear noise from corridor & next door room. '

'Location is excellent, lots of good food and shopping centre. Staffs were not attentive enough,; bookes 2 nites but eoom card only activates dor 1 day. Carparkinf card also, did not activate… counter staff shld be more sensitive to such things and frustration of customers… '

'Goeie ligging, petronas en kl tower zijn heel dichtbij. Zwembad en fitness op de 51ste verdieping hebben een topview! 2 nachten in verbleven, de kamers zijn netjes en modern. Service is top! Mijn vlucht was wat later dus ik mocht na het uitchecken nog aan het zwembad blijven en douchen. '
