'This is a lovely villa set all on one level which is ideal for families. Lovely outside space with pool, nice size rooms, comfy beds and brilliant location. Short stroll from resort reception, Praca, beach. Less than 5 mins from tennis centre. We will certainly be booking again. Philippa the owner could not have been more helpful with my various annoying questions and issues with the App (tip - use a PC not your mobile).'

'Pictures don’t do the villa justice. Lovely and comfortable, very clean. Communication with Don prior to and whilst staying was very quick. The villa has a new kitchen which was amazing so much so that I want a new kitchen! Would love to stay again but already booked up for next year.'

'Property was still being prepared 2hours late Property was non smoking but stank of smoke (previous guests?, cleaners?) Pool was full of flies so had to clean myself. Marble surface in the kitchen was cracked and we were told no to use it, so didn’t have a functioning kitchen for the visit. Only bedding was a thin blanket or a stained duvet without a cover so had to but our own bedding on arrival. The smaller items we would expect weren’t provided such as mirrors in bedroom, or dishcloths in...

'Villa location was ideal for the golf, the “old village” and was presented clean and tidy. However the pool furniture was old and mis matched. Air conditioning was effective and simple. Could do with updating.'

'Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Die Privatsphäre wird auch bei vielen Personen gewart, da jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad besitzt. Wir waren insgesamt 7 Personen und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Paulo war hervorragend. Der Geschirrspüler gab am ersten Abend den Geist auf und am nächsten Morgen 10 Uhr standen die Handwerker vor der Tür.'

'My family and I stayed at Kate’s house for over a month in the Easter holidays. The home was perfect for us, all the modern amenities you need, very spacious, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and great for families, especially ours with our toddlers. The pool area has sun all day. Very close drive to beach, restaurants, shopping, and water park. Can’t recommend it enough! We loved it. Will be back x'
