'Inchecken en communicatie was een drama en de kamers gedateerd. Slechte do uhe en de bedden zijn okayischhh '

'Ontbijt buffet was zeer uitgebreid, vragen om een fooi vonden voor een ontbijt buffet ongebruikelijk. Airco op de kamer was buitengewoon goed. Het hotel is op wandel afstand van het Universal park. '

'Very expensive hotel for what it offers. It's a decent hotel, clean, practical but not worth the value. I didn't want to pay a lot at the luxurious hotel but I paid more than others at the same level because it was “Hilton” but I don't think it's necessary. Location is not perfect but you can walk about 10 minutes to the pier. Parking: park in the parking lot across the street, much cheaper. Because I didn't use a valet, no one helped me with my 4 suitcases, which I think is extremely bad.'

'This is a nice, clean facility in a convenient location. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that the daily parking fee is beyond excessive and there are no other practical options for parking nearby. I felt like I was taken advantage of with the parking fees. Other than that it's a nice hotel with reasonably up-to-date accomodations.'

'Evrything was nice the only problem is that their elevator wasnt working properly I got my room at The fifth floor but we needed to go to the third and use the stairs to go to our floor'
