Strike
When we arrived at 8pm the room wasn’t ready yet, due to a strike of the housekeeping staff. The front desk couldn’t give an estimate of when the room would be ready. By 10pm the room was cleaned. There are a lot of airline crew in the hotel, those rooms were cleaned first. (Which I understand) The kitchen chef was also on strike, so the breakfast was limited. As a compensation they gave us complementary parking ($30/day), which was a nice gesture. Unfortunately, the workers on strike started protesting in front of the hotel early in the morning which woke us up early. So we were not adequately rested. The front desk staff was very supportive and friendly. It could have been a nice stay because the hotel and room looks nice, is comfortable and clean. But due to the inconvenience of the strike, it was not worth the money we paid.

Prima maar te duur
Ik verblijf op de achtste verdieping West Tower en had een erg grote kamer. Erg efficient onthaal en check in. De kostprijs van de kamer is echter veel te hoog.

This shuttle to and from the airport was great. The rooms are nicely accessorized and the breakfast buffet offers a broad range of offerings in a very pleasant dining environment.

VERY attentive front desk staff and decent hot food breakfast 6-9am. Restaurants and Ralph's grocery store right across the street. Free shuttle ride to/from airport. Relatively nice pool. Great place to stay one "recovery-night" between flights from New Zealand back to Baltimore (or where ever).

Absolutely would stay here again! After checking in, I noticed the AC wasn't working in my room. Upon hearing this, the staff were very quick to resolve the issue. In the end, they offered me an upgraded room at no additional cost and handled the exchange efficiently. Anyone that wants friendly service, great breakfast, and ample parking should consider this hotel for their next visit.

This place is a maze. Its hard to find your room. The room is nice, but the wallpaper was coming off the walls. The bathroom was not the cleanest. The ac/heater has a constant click sound in the room i was in. The tv remote wasnt working. The bed/pillow had a smell of vomit on it. Not sure i should even give it 3 stars. The breakfast was decent and the staff was nice.

We arrived early and staff were able to get us checked-in immediately. All staff during our stay were friendly and welcoming. Many places to eat were within a short walk. Heads up parking is $40/day and the parking lot is around the block. We were only here half a day.

The room had a terrible humidity smell. We requested to be changed and one of the staff people told us there were no other rooms. So we had to book another room in a different hotel. When we were checking out a different staff member told us he could change us to another room but by that time we had already paid for a different room in another hotel.
