Prima hotel, nette kamers, prima ontbijt. Op enkele honderden meters van Wembley Stadium, wat handig is als je een voetbalwedstrijd of concert wenst bij te wonen. Ook vlak aan een shoppingcenter met tal van restaurants. De metrohalten Wembley Central en Wembley Park liggen op twaalf minuten wandelen van het hotel. Met deze metrolijnen sta je ook vrij snel in het centrum van Londen.

Verblijf bij ibis hotel
Over het algemeen was het verblijf wel fijn, alleen vond ik de service best wel slecht. Ik kom doodmoe daar aan en had al mijn kleren verwisseld. Ik had een vork nodig voor eten, en zijn ze ook nog eens vergeten om mijn kamer op te maken toen ik weg was dus vroeg ik ook om nieuwe handdoeken , ik stuurde een app naar de nummer dat is achtergelaten. Ten eerste reageerden ze 1,5 uur later, ten tweede wilden ze ook nog eens dat ik het zelf moest ophalen. Normaal zou ik het graag doen maar ik was doodmoe en half naakt met een kamerjas om me heen, ik ga zo niet naar beneden en toen ik vroeg of ze het wilden brengen zeiden ze nee. Dus de service is slecht, verder is het wel schoon, lekker dicht bij de stadium.

Good location and very helpful and pleasant staff. However, on two occasions the electronic keys wouldn’t work so we had to make our way from the 13th floor to reception to have them re-validated. Dirty lipstick marked glasses in the breakfast area. The music in the bar and reception area was excessively loud even during breakfast time. Why? We had a conversation with a couple who were stuck in a lift. They informed us that no one responded to the emergency alarm and no one answered the phone in reception. This resulted in them having to call the emergency services in order to release them. Unbelievable! I don’t think I’ll be staying at this property again. IBIS management, you really have to improve.

Great stay!! Staff was awesome. Room was a great size. Bed was comfy. Close to everything we needed. Great view of Wembley Stadium. Only thing I would suggest would be put a fan in the room. The ibis hotel was extremely convenient for an event at the OVO arena, it meant that we didn’t have to battle the crowds going home afterwards late at night and we could arrive early allowing us to leisurely ready ourselves for our evening out. It was a 6min walk the bar was open when we got back giving us the opportunity for a much needed nightcap. The common areas were tastefully decorated and clean, the staff attentive and polite, the rooms perfectly adequate my only complaint was the toilet flush didn’t always work and the bathroom in general smelt of urine. However that being said I would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

During my one night stay the staff were really friendly check in was quick and easy as was check out. Breakfast was good with a great selection of hot and cold options and the breakfast staff were friendly. Would definitely stay there again when in that part of the city.

Booked 2 family rooms for 5 nights, only one room was cleaned including change of towels. We did ask the cleaning lady to clean the room when we met her in the corridor but still no service was provided. We finally complained when we checked out but was told that the room we stayed in was different from that shown in their system.

Great for OVO arena
My stay was situated in a very convenient area for my closeness to Wembley Park and the OVO arena . Hotel was clean but basic , had a few issues with booking in but other than that all was fine
