I have enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I have missed a couple of things. my window couldn't fully open. There was nog mini fridge on my room so i couldn't buy any drinks to get cold. The Airco system wasn't clean. Further the employees where very helpfull and kind. The restaurant in the lobby was great enough drinks and food provited. During my stay in this hotel i had a lot of problems with my roomcard. So there are some things i would like to see better in the future

We booked an accessible room and it was terrible. Extremely small and it was at the very end of the hall with several turns to get to the room. Not very accessible at all! It was so bad that we checked out the very same day we checked in. We couldn’t stay there. Tiny rooms, tiny bathroom, not easily accessible for wheelchair users. I would it recommend this hotel unless you’re by yourself and just staying for 1 night.

As soon as my taxi pulled up the hotel looked cheap and shabby. I've had better dining experiences in school cafeterias. The music in the lobby and eating area was awful and way too loud. I won't be back.

The carpet was incredibly dirty. Look like someone spilled a bottle of black shoe polish or hair dye. But we were so tired we didn't want to go through the hassle of changing rooms. Just be aware this is not luxury coma just a place to spend the night and catch the flight out in the morning..

Great place for an overnight stop on the way out of UK. Convenient drop off and pick up with Hotel Hopper bus. Got a return ticket, which is a little cheaper. Good food in restaurant. Breakfast available really early. Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff.

The room was nice, but the air conditioning was not working properly due to the eco settings and it became quite hot. The food was delicious in the hotel dining area (I recommend the Tikka Masala), and the staff was incredibly friendly. Not much to do in the area, however it seems this is a great place to stay right before flying out of Heathrow.

The property is very close to the airport and to nearby bus stops and as well as grocery's stores. The room I was has easy view of planes landing. Though the room is a bit small but very comfortable. I will recommend anyone at anytime to this property.
