Nice hotel, nothing too fancy but conveniently located near shopping area and walking distance to Kings Cross Station. Busstops near hotel. Dining options were good, albeit a bit pricey. Selina, I believe her name was, at the bar was awful though.

Alles helemaal prima, het douche/bad gedeelte was minder, douchen in een heel smal bad was niet handig. Afwerking geen 4 sterren waard. 1 bed was doorgezakt. Personeel uitmuntend, ontbijt ook!

Reparaties werden niet gedaan ook al beloven ze dat wel te gaan doen. Douche was koud en werd niet warm. Wasbakje was echt veel te klein en (veel te laag voor degene die niet mindervalide is). Als je savonds het gebouw in kwam stonk alles naar vis.

I cannot say enough good things about the hotel staff. Very courteous and helpful! My luggage was delayed and they were very helpful in securing it when it arrived. My room was nice. The food options at the bar and bistro were great. Food service staff were also great. Good location also.
