Goede locatie voor een stedentrip. Vanuit metrostation Shepherds Bush (5 minuten lopen) kun je alle bezienswaardigheden eenvoudig bereiken. De omgeving kan mogelijk s’avonds onveilig aanvoelen als vrouw alleen. Het hotel is schoon, prima kamer, ruime douche.

The reception and staff are super helpful and friendly. We really had nothing to complain about the staff, only the rooms were not great. There is nothing wrong with the room itself but it is so hot inside that it seems like high summer. We wanted to switch on the air conditioning but nothing was happened. We were given a new room where the air conditioning would work but this was still not the case. It is really very unfortunate that this was actually the only thing we were not satisfied with. You couldn't sleep well because of the heat.

Fijne locatie genoeg opties met het OV. Jammer was dat we een kamer aan de binnenplaats zijde hadden waardoor er geen raam was voor frisse lucht of daglicht. Ik kom wel graag nog eens terug

Check in duurde heel lang! Het was Carnival weekend/bank holiday dus erg druk in het hotel. Jammer genoeg was er ook maar 1 receptioniste die kon helpen. Hotel zelf is echt prachtig en heerlijk dichtbij de metro, Westfield en Notting hill

Was geboekt voor 3 personen Kregen een kamer voor 2 personen. Gemeld, toen kamer voor 3 personen gekregen. Echter welkoms drankje voor 2 personen gekregen. De fles wijn die bij de vip regeling hoort heb ik om moeten vragen. De volgende ochtend was er een van de bedden niet opgemaakt, de dekens waren verdwenen?!? En er ontbraken handdoeken. 1e dag ontbijt prima vers gemaakte wafels en pannenkoeken. De andere dagen wafels en pannenkoeken uit de supermarkt opgewarmd in de magnetron. Pannenkoeken te lang waardoor de randen zo hard als steen waren. Verder aardig personeel en prima ontbijt

Hotel ligt in een niet echt veilige wijk. In de avond als vrouw de straat opgaan is niet veilig. Hotelkamer groot, echter is de slaapbank echt onmogelijk om op te slapen. Matrasveren steken in je rug. Op de grond slapen is comfortabeler, dit is uiteindelijk ook gebeurd met een los matras. Zou niet moeten kunnen met de prijs die betaald is voor het hotel.

Zag er goed uit. Kamer was ver onder de maat. Hadden bijvoorbeeld wel koffiepoeder gekregen maar geen waterkoker of apparaat. Geen haakjes voor de jas. Was met pen op het bed getekend, lampenkap defect, stang los in douche, tafel was aan elkaar geplakt, konden geen drinken krijgen voor mee naar de kamer, geen badjas, geen uitleg van de tv. Het ergste nog: een ronde wc met vierkante bril...

What happened here?
The room (the bed) was not clean, the mattress was uncomfortable and the airco didn't work. We were planning to stay there for 4 days but decided to change hotel after one night. The frontdesk was very cooperative finding a solution and promised to refund the remaining 3 nights. Previous stays were much better.

Inchecken was prima maar de kamer was veel te benauwd en er kon geen raam open, de koelkast en de airco deden het niet. En het ergste van allemaal was dat toen ik in de nacht om een bucket met ijs vroeg zei de nachtportier dat het niet mogelijk was omdat het water was afgesloten,dus moest ik voor wat ijs naar de nachtwinkel lopen, schandalig voor een zogenaamde 4 sterren hotel.

Better service at the premier Inn. Bar doesn’t open until 5pm so can’t even get a glass of water, was advised there was one in our room but we couldn’t get in our room as it wasn’t ready yet. No mention of check out times or what time breakfast was. £15 for a breakfast that was un edible, tables not set up, couldn’t even have a cup of tea as no hot water left and when asking they just walked off. The rooms were very comfortable and clean but a give me your key at check out wasn’t really necessary the reception team need training on the small touches. Even the manager didn’t even greet us with with a hello or even his name when we asked to speak to him about a member of staff laughing at me when I called as the spa had closed down and I called to see if they could recommend one I wouldn’t even known he was a manager there, one thing I will say is it great if your going to the 02

Check in was poor. I had emailed the hotel to say we would be early and accept the receptionist saying the room will be ready at 3pm. Upon re arrival at 320 we was told to wait 10 mins. At 345 no room and other people had been checked in while we waited. After complaining we was told there was a room and breakfast would be free of charge. Staff covering breakfast were stretched and tables were not cleaned up quickly. Hot food was cool temperature. The area around the hotel felt unsafe in the evening.

I booked this hotel for my birthday a queen size standard room. My room was decent but I wasn't happy with the view as it was facing another room. I made it known to the recipient after my first night and luckily enough I was given a free upgrade to a suit for the rest of my stay. Overall I enjoyed my stay and the staff were very nice.

Overall very nice hotel and would stay again. Well presented throughout and staff are very attentive. The rooms itself aren’t as “well kept” as the main areas of hotel. Maybe because it’s a 4 star rating I expected a bit more of the rooms. For example the furnitures seem worn down, the TV in the room I had was very small and had limited channels made available. Tea and coffee facilities were at hand, plenty wardrobe space as well. The bathroom was very spacious but no storage for toiletries even the toothbrushes had to be kept outside the bathroom. I would also request a room away from the elevator as my room was directly in front of it and at times was quite noisy. Like I said overall a nice hotel for a short stay. :))

I loved the property, it's a converted Cinema that I used to frequent as a child growing up in the area, so it was unique for me to come back and stay here. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful at all times, particularly the staff during breakfast service. I was in a room on the 7th floor, which on first impressions was very nice, but unfortunately it had a continuous damp smell to it as you entered. Upon entry, you placed your room key in a slot by the door, which activated the electrics in the room, which in turn meant you could adjust the temperature on the air conditioning, as it was usually set to 'warm' most of the time. I just can't sleep in a hot room as I get migraines, so this was a problem for me. It really didn't seem like the room would cool down much at all, as being on the top floor, heat rises from the rest of the hotel and also with the room key turning the electrics off and temperature back up each time I left, I was fighting a losing battle there anyway. There wasn't any ventilation in the bathroom either which wasn't helping the damp smell and so I left the door open when showering which seemed to help a little, plus the windows didn't open, due to safety reasons I guess. Overall the room was pleasant enough, the WiFi was great, the bed was comfortable except for the pillows. They were very disappointing and hard, which I was surprised by, as most hotels supply very plush soft and feathery ones and the TV pixelated constantly when it was on.

Very difficult to rate the hotel. I gave 3 stars overall rating. The staff at reception deserve a solid 4 stars. Siham and her team has been easy to talk to and reactive. But the cleaning services are well below par. They rarely pass the hoover unless they are told to do so. I left intended visible scrubs on the floor to see if they would be picked up. Not sure how long they spend in the bathroom (unless you complain about a smell like i did). I witness one guy staying less than 5 minutes. Once he left I was convinced he was going to come back. The only thing they do thoroughly is to change the bedsheet. Cherry on the Top some of them do not speak English. Once again my criticisms do not sum my stay. The reception team has been great. But the management need to put the onus on the cleaning services unless it is a conscious decision.
