The hotel was ok maybe a bit basic currently going through a big upgrade with lots of building work going on so no frills and currently no front door with the main entrance up a shady looking side lane confusing new guests, our room was supposed to be an upgrade, worst upgrade Ive ever seen, the room was tiny so I dunno what we were supposed to get. Got to say it was clean, safe and a good location close to subways. Would I go back? Yes but only if the work was completed.

Great stay, friendly staff. Rooms were recently updated and bed was comfortable. Quiet during the night. Reception was under renovation but elevators and temporary reception was still available. No construction noise that we could hear. Attached restaurant was convenient and good breakfast. Would stay here again.

We stayed at the Club Quarters, St. Paul for 5 nights. It is a nice location, close to the St Paul underground station, with lots of places to eat and parks around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. The front entrance and lobby were being renovated while we were there. So we entered by a side door in an alley and there was a temporary front desk there. Service was still very good, even under those circumstances.

Room is quite small but was told to expect that in London Was not aware of the lobby renovations. The stairs in and the stairs down to elevator were a challenge. Very narrow so tricky to navigate with lots of luggage.

Currently undergoing a revamp and was lucky enough to stay in one the newly refurbished rooms which was lovely. Really wish I’d asked for the names of the 2 young ladies on reception as they are amazing delivering excellent customer service during our stay. My 3rd stay at this hotel and hopefully won’t be too long until my 4th.

Good place to stay in London and a good experience with the staff. Had a problem with the shower and it took a few days to sort it out which is the only reason I did not rate them a 5. We would stay here again.

This was a very convenient property in a lovely area with a very helpful and kind staff. Requests were always dealt with within minutes and upon check in the room seemed clean. The main issue was with housekeeping. They don’t come unless requested and even when full service was requested they came and picked up dirty towels off the floor and hung them back up without changing them, all garbage was left after full service house keeping and the dish wares were not washed despite there being no dishwashing liquid in the room. The biggest issue I have is my daughter is now being treated for a rash that we suspect to be from the pull out bed. This is a real shame because the hotel itself was otherwise really good and seems to be newly renovated. Please look at housekeeping practices and improve on this a bit and it will be 5 star

We had a sink drain that did not drain, the stopper was broken. The pull out mattress in chair/bed was old. I saw updates were coming. I would very much look forward to the updates. The staff did not inform us of lounge with snacks/drinks in there and that would have been nice. I found it on last day.

For the price it was fine, the bed and pillows were comfy, the bathroom was clean, check in on the tablet was rapid. On the downside, the carpets and walls need deep cleaning and painting, the smell of industrial cleaner in the corridors wasnt nice and the air con didn't work so they gave me a radiator. So.... ok.

We felt safe and comfortable during our stay at CQ St.Paul’s. It is a well positioned and comfortable hotel with kind, helpful and friendly staff. We had our best sleep in a hotel, the beds are comfortable, the linen is fresh and the pillows are perfect. The rooms are spacious, with good sized, clean bathrooms.

Superb location to see London
The hotel was in a brilliant position for getting around London. We haven't had a brake for over a year due to work commitments, so we had to make the most of it. We had our dog luna with us and majority of staff made a fuss apart from the ladies who were doing the rooms and screeched when they saw her and ran into the room where they were. We wasn’t too sure on the rules of the restaurant if dogs were allowed in so we had to eat elsewhere. The noise coming from the back from parties Fridays, Saturday, sunday the emptying of bottle bins and monday rubble or something like emptying into skips kept us awake fri & sat at night then awoke us Sunday and Monday. It would have been lovely to have a mirror at the side of the tv so i could sit down to do my hair and make-up or at least a small table at the side of the large mirror All in all we had a good stay in London

Fantastic hotel. Dogs stay free!
Fantastic hotel, staff couldn’t do enough for us. Free coffee in the lounge and water stations on each floor with bottles to fill up. Dogs stay free, and bed and bowl were provided. I can definitely recommend this hotel and we will be returning. Nice pub a few doors down which serve delicious meals and also allows dogs. We didn’t book the breakfast as thought it was quite expensive. Glad we didn’t as right opposite is McDonald’s and I love a maccy breakfast

great location, hotel was clean and tidy, free coffee always a bonus, MY only complaint was my room was freezing and to heat it we had to have the AC roaring. Staff did try to help though and offered a portable heater so really cant complain

Great location for a reasonably priced hotel room. Looks like it’s had a recent makeover as well which is good. Self-service check-in is a pretty seamless process and there are people on hand if you get stuck

Séjour horrible. La chambré etait bruyante et non équipée d’un frigo. En raison d’une panne du chauffage, j’ai du changer de chambre. La température de l’eau n’atteint pas une chaleur satisfaisante lorsqu’on prend une douche.

Positief: Netheid, personeel en service en voorzieningen
Pros: Room Comfort: The bed and pillows are comfortable, the room is spacious, good ventilation, and sufficient lighting. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Convenience of transportation: 5 minutes to the station. Additional services: Free coffee and water in the lobby, free self-service washing machine and dryer with laundry detergent provided. However, there is only one self-service washing machine and dryer available. Luggage storage is available. Cons: Room soundproofing: Very poor soundproofing, there is a nearby church with loud bells. Room temperature: The room is relatively hot, there is no air conditioning.
