Deze kant van het hotel is heel schoon en totaal nieuw terwijl het aan het Royal National hotel vast zit maar er is een groot verschil in kamers. Dus let up dat je City Sleepers boekt! Ontbijt hebben wij hier niet bij geboekt dus daar weet ik niet van. De ligging vonden wij prima want wij namen de bus en we zijn naar de Harry Potter experience geweest en hiervoor stopt de bus die wij geboekt hadden naast dit hotel. Maar let op want de metro hier, Russel Square, is maar 1 lijn dus daarvoor moet je verder lopen.

Nice and clean stay. The room was quite big and was clean. The only thing is that during our stay, the fire alarms went off several times during the evening and some nights, which was quite annoying. Other than that, a lovely stay!

Hotel is Centraal gelegen, verschillende transportopties mogelijk wat het allemaal makkelijk maakte om van a naar B te geraken. Alles was ongeveer max 20min van het hotel verwijderd. De kamers zijn netjes, bed en kamer zelf groot genoeg.

Das Zimmer was sehr schön mit Boxspringbett und neu renoviert. Fenster zum öffnen zum Innenhof. Alles war sauber. Es ist ein bisschen hellhörig, da wir aber vom Sightseeing müde waren hat es uns nicht gestört. Das Englische Frühstück lies keine wünsche offen. Die Anbindung an Bus und Bahn ist Top alles um die Ecke. Könnten bei Anreise und Abreise unsere Koffer in Aufbewahrung geben.

It was perfect for a one-night stay. Very clean, with everything we needed. My only complaint is that the duvet was way too heavy and warm for May. We ended up removing it from the cover, and just using that as a sheet.

Hotel was in a great area with the underground station a 2min walk away linking you quickly to Pickadilly and other stations. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Hotel and room were clean and felt secure. Fan provided as the room has no air conditioning. The only downside for me was the size of the double bed. This would be great for a single or business traveller but for a couple it was really small.

The hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. One direct underground line to airport. A lot of buses lines and 2 minutes walk to the British museum.

We had reserved our stay starting the night before to be able to check in immediately upon arriving on an early flight but when we arrived our reservation couldn't be found. It took a while to find once we pointed out that the reservation started the previous night.

Well all the staff were absolutely brilliant, down to earth yet really welcoming, they seemed genuinely happy that we chose the hotel. I hate to feel that people are subservient to me, both my kid and I that visited, love to engage with people that take pride in their work but never want anyone to act in a subservient way merely because we pay to stay. Please make sure your staff continue to be happy for that makes us equally happy customers to mingle with chilled staff. The price range was a bit high for us though but the breakfast was really top quality, it really matters when the salami is proper salami and the ham is proper ham. The cheese wasn't that great but then with the price of cheddar I guess some substitute had to be found. The mini croissants were to die for, my 14 year old loved them, congrats to your suppliers. I just prefer my coffee, which I consider a treat in a hotel, as I take time to enjoy it there, to have it in a proper wide cup not a mug, as a mug restricts one's ability to savour the aroma. The cappuccino itself was really lovely. Again well done to your suppliers. Overall brilliant, well done to your staff, room very neat and super clean too, as ultimately they are the ones that make or break a place, for in this mad electronic led world it really is important we keep the decent human contact going. My son would live to return next time we visit London but at £180 for the night it was a bit dear for me. I shall look out for any deals thoug

The beds were uncomfortable they definitely need new mattresses. Great location near the train station quick to get places a great quiet area! I didn’t like that the security guards don’t help with opening doors when exiting with luggage. Pretty decent overall.

We loved our 8 night stay at City Sleeper.Great location just five minutes from the Tube and an easy walk to Covent Garden. It’s a busy but well-organised hotel with spacious rooms. We appreciated being able to return to our cosy room at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. We would definitely stay again in the future.

The location is great - close to trains, buses and underground. We easily walked to Covent Garden and Soho. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom is new and very good. I liked that the hotel offers storage room for the luggage. We arrived around 10 am and our room wasn't ready so early so we left our suitcases and left to explore Lo don. The only downside for me is that the windows are not very well soundproofed and basically every single street noise could be heard. Although, the street is relatively quiet after hours. Overall great stay. No refrigerator in the room

Chambre petite mais propre et confortable. Nous étions au 7e étage. Très tranquille pour dormir. Nous avions le petit déjeuner compris et il était très complet et très bon. Situé dans un quartier paisible avec beaucoup de restaurants et à 1 minute de marche de la station de métro Russell Square. Bien situé pour explorer tous les quartiers de Londres.

Hotel was very spacious compared to others i had browsed and kept clean through out our entire trip. Would recommend staying in cause everything was within walking distance and area was very nice. Many shops and restaurants were within a 5 minute walking distance and an underground station was across the street!

Soweit war alles wunderschön, Zimmer war an der Straßenseite und sehr laut in der Nacht. Leider war auch die Heizung sehr laut und hat nicht funktioniert, im Zimmer war es kalt ( Anfang März). Zweimal waren wir an der Rezeption, hat leider nichts gebracht. Trotzdem hat es uns sehr gefallen,
