Dear Guest,I hope this mail finds you well.I would like to thank you for your recent stay at LUMEN Hotel.We are absolutely devastated to see that we did not meet your expectations.The hotel’s location is fantastic in our opinion, because we are less than 500meters aways from Lisbon’s main square (Marques de Pombal) and main Avenue (Liberdade), metro station less than 100meters away (from this station in less than 10 minutes you are able to get to the city’s main touristic points), shopping centers in less that 500meters away (Atrium Saldanha) and so on… Even so, the fact that we are 100meters away from the main avenue (Fontes Pereira de Melo), allow us to avoid all the city noise (traffic, sirens, crowd, etc…). Regarding the show, we are very sorry that you have not appreciated. Usually the feedback is fantastic and the hotel in two years already won awards and was nominated for several others mainly because of the spectacular show and hotel’s concept, such as Best Concept Hotel by World Luxury Awards.We have a pre-show for 3 minutes about the hotel and then a show about Lisbon’s culture, highlights, monuments, gastronomy, music that has 13 minutes and it is called “The Lisbon Light Show”, have you seen the whole show?The Executive rooms have bigger variety of amenities, turndown service, robes and slippers on the room and free access to the Executive Lounge where we have printer facilities, coworking zone and some complimentary food and drinks. I’m sorry if the cleaning did not meet your expectations. It is an odd situation for us once we have very high standards and outstanding cleaning ranking 9.6 overall (0-10).Usually, our breakfast variety and quality are constantly praised, but can you tell us what is missing in our breakfast?1.Station 1 of 4: Hot dishes (12 different options): sausages, bacon, baked beans, eggs (fried, scrambled and boiled), tomato and mushrooms, among others;2.Station 2 of 4: Cold station: delicatessen assortment, vegetables variety, yogurt, fruits and butter;3.Station 3 of 4: Bakery & Pastry: different kind of bread and pastry selection;4.Station 4 of 4: Healthy Corner & Drinks: seeds, pancakes, waffles, jams, juices, water, sparkling wineHave you seen the 4 stations?We are tremendously sad to see that we have failed to meet your expectations.
