A deux pas de la grand place, l'hôtel est très bien situé. Belle entrée en longueur, belle décoration, ambiance feutrée, toujours du monde a l'accueil, bonnes adresses de resto. Chambre propre bien équipée. Nickel

Nice hotel. Very friendly & helpful staff. Convenient & comfortable place to stay if you’re in Lille for a couple of nights.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were dirty in corners, hairs on accent pillows, limited extra pillows and no additional available at front desk. Terrible smell from drain, dishwasher in kitchen.

Really good - good location, nice clean and comfortable room with everything we needed. The staff went above and beyond - huge thank you to the cleaning and reception staff who were so incredibly helpful and friendly! Free coffee in the morning from the ‘bean to cup’ coffee machine and soy milk available. Very good value

Easy access to city centre. Quiet accommodation. Very polite staff members. Adrien at the Reception desk was always very positive, helpful and friendly with customers.

Great place to stay in lille
Great location with plenty of room, lovely staff and felt very secure. Plenty of bars and restaurants on its door step so don't feel like it's lacking in the car department plus you can utilise the kitchen

A éviter si vous êtes frileux ou enrhumé
Après une première nuit sans chauffage (Pb Technique), j'ai découvert ma nouvelle chambre avec un radiateur bridé à 20 deg. Le ressenti était inférieur à 20deg, il faisait meilleur à la réception et dans les couloirs. Rien à faire, aucune aide ou empathie de la direction, j'ai eu très froid prendant 2 nuits et suis rentré malade. Je ne recommande pas cette hotel.

Hotel qui ne s'occupe pas de ses clients
Le chauffage était en panne, on m'a proposé un chauffage d'appoint bruyant, j'ai eu très froid c'était probablement le weekend le plus froid de l'année avec du -7 à l'extérieur. Aucune empathie de la direction ou geste commercial. Le lendemain on m'a proposé une autre chambre avec un chauffage bridé. Résultat je suis rentré chez moi malade! Je ne recommande pas cet hotel et ne reviendrai pas.

Great studio, everything you needed and in good condition. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen area in the studio was great with your own dishwasher and an oven downstairs in a great reception area with additional kitchen facilities. Free coffee and water 24 hours a day. Bathroom was large with a double size shower. The hotel is just next to the Grand Place and so very central

I was delighted by this accommodation. Plenty of light & power points, kitchen had plenty of cutlery, glasses , tea cups. Conveniently located. Decent supermarket nearby for a cheap night in with the microwave

Bedste hotel nogensinde
God ny stor studie lejlighed, stort køleskab, stort badeværelse, ligger centrum. Mødte kun søde og hjælpsomme medarbejder på hotellet. Gode fælles faciliteter. God aircondition på værelset. Ved flere overnatninger er sovesofaen ikke optimal, bestil en 2 værelses lejlighed med soveværelse. Vi var der under loppemarkedet i den 1. weekend i september, der var meget høj musik fra nabo hotellet, og musikken stoppede først kl. 2. Ellers det bedste hotel vi har haft nogensinde.

New property with modern design and large apartments. The public areas are cozy and functional and the apartments are roomy and well equipped. Difficult to stop with the car in front of the building, so if you have a lot of heavy luggage, try and unload somewhere near before heading to the public carpark.
