The hospitality when checking in wasn’t really present. They didn’t give you a small instruction on how the room works or anything which was a little disappointing.

Concept completely fails. Maybe in cheap airlines you can get away with zero service and having to pay extra for basically everything...with hotels it's about...hospitality. Also, rooms are just too tiny and feel like prisons (no windows!). First time easyhotel for me and it'll be the last.

Hotel staat midden in het centrum, ideale uitvalsbasis. Het is zo te zien vrij recent verbouwd, dus alles is nog nieuw. Kamer is klein maar heel netjes en schoon. Er werden bij ons niet dagelijks schone handdoeken gebracht, maar als we er naar vroegen bij de receptie kregen we ze meteen mee.

Stay was good but the beds where really uncomfortable we both were woken up by back pain due to the beds so difficult to then go back to sleep also the see through bathroom door was very uncomfortable as if you were to tall or to short you could been seen by the other person in the room.

Very basic which is what I expected… what I did not expect was how tiny the rooms were. There was no place to put your luggage and barely 6 inches between the bed and the walls. Very clean and convenient to so many things in Leeds but be prepared for small.

It does what it says on the tin. It is basic but efficient and good location. However I think the price point averaging £80.- per night for 5 nights is too high for what you are offering. Comparing it with hotel chains such as Premiere Inn you don’t compare well.

When we checked in, upon opening the door to our room, it was not cleaned at all! There were towels strewn on the floor, the bed was unmade and the bathroom was dirty too. We went back to the reception, and the staff were shocked and upset that the situation had happened. They apologised and asked us to give them some time to clean the room. We went to the Costa Coffee shop next door to wait. When we returned the staff apologised again and said we could have free drinks for the next 24 hours and could have a free late check out if we needed it. The room was very basic in that it only had a bed and a TV in it. The accessible bathroom was really good, with lots of room. The customer service was good, but we probably wouldn’t come back because of the basic facilities and no where to sit or any tea/coffee making facilities, no wardrobe and the layout of the bathroom door was awkward. A sliding door would have been better.

Good location and price
Great price but tiny room. No room to change clothes or easily navigate around the beds. Clean bathroom but very exposed! Very slow running basin. Room too hot but aircon worked. Can't open windows. Overall it was clean and economical.

Stayed here a few times but this room was even smaller. I paid for 2 people so I’d at least get 2 towels but they still only gave me one. Bed not comfy

Turn the heating up and clean more thoroughly
Could do with a deeper clean, edges to shower door, around toilet and room edges are dirty. Basic checks would see the sink plunger doesn't stay in and the aerator from tap is missing and no bag in the bin. Not happy that heating cannot be turned up higher than 23 Average basic room, but for the price in a city centre it was ok
