'Prachtige rustige locatie, 2 minuten lopen van het strand en uitstekende restaurants en beach clubs. Mooie tuin, het keurige en schone huisje zelf is schilderachtig maar zeer sober en gedateerd ingericht. Geen wifi en een keuken zonder oven of magnetron. Hinderlijk voor de privacy is het op onverwachte momenten opduiken van de tuinman om de dag.'

'Pasamos unas vacaciones encantadoras en casa de Juan. El check-in fue fácil y poder aparcar en la propiedad fue una ventaja. Teníamos todo lo que necesitábamos en la casa y un montón de espacio para la familia y nuestro perro. La casa está a sólo unos minutos en coche del paseo marítimo ya menos de media hora del aeropuerto, por lo que está en una gran ubicación.'

'NIice cozy house to stay, equipped with all comforts. In Calle Europa around the corner are several shops where everything is for sale and restaurants, it is a pleasant street where the locals also do their shopping. Within 7 minutes you are walking in the center and to the beach another 5 minutes, the boulevard is endless. Gregorio is a good host who welcomes you. If you are looking for a good price-quality ratio, this is the place to be.'

'The house has more than enough space to fit a family, the views are spectacular and the garden bar is wonderful. However if you charge the amounts the owner does, you should also take care of maintenance; a non closeble shower door, faulty air conditioning in one bedroom and broken patiochairs are not a nice surprise at arrival. The same flaws were already mentioned in reviews from June, so there was more than enough time to fix these things. However we did enjoy our stay in Mijas and thanks...

'We hebben een zalige vakantie gehad. Wat een heerlijke en veelzijdige omgeving. Een week is veel te kort om alles te zien. De ligging van het huis is prachtig, een schitterend uitzicht vanuit de tuin. Het huis is zeer compleet ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook is het contact met de beheerder is erg prettig.'

'For an extended family of 10 this property was perfect. The arrangement of six bedrooms and six bathrooms worked really well. The kitchen and dining area is really spacious. The children spent most of the week in the pool! As it is heated and under cover it is perfectly warm enough in early April. Easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants and the best stocked local shop I have ever seen!'

'After a slight hiccup on arrival, EVERYTHING was excellent! Our 10th time in the area and this has to have been the best rental. Villa was spotless. All beds were comfortable. Location 5 min walk fro beach, 15 min to San Pedro. The villa was so well equipped that we ate in every night….really was superb! We paid to use the jacuzzi…..superb! We were that impressed with it that we have already booked it for 2025!'

'We stayed for 7 nights. The house was roomy and well appointed ever with 7 people in our party. Everything was tidy and in good order except the sink taps were a bit loose and the fridge seal was nearing the end of its life. Coffee machine and pod machine both worked well. Enterance way and one balcony had clothes drying lines which was super helpful. 'Typisch Spaanse inrichting en van alle gemakken voorzien. Keuken is voorzien van oven, magnetron, afwasmachine en voldoende pannen en servies. Mooi ruim terras met vrij uitzicht. Airco aanwezig! Zwembad is heerlijk en rustig. Al met al een heerlijke plek om je vakantie te vieren. Alleen heeft het huis geen WiFi (internet aansluiting). We komen graag een keer weer !'

'The place was amazing, very modern, very spacious, all rooms cleaned to a high standard. Main bedroom with en-suite with a bath & a balcony. Large front garden & decent size outside space at the back. Everything you could’ve wanted was there! Lots of glasses, pots, pans, plates etc. perfect stay. If you had to get me to say a negative (& this would only improve an excellent stay) would be a small table & chairs on the balcony & space at the back other than that, there were no faults at all....
