Locatie is perfect. Tegenover station Kyoto.Wel de lusten maar niet de lasten. Vanuit passage ondergronds de treinen etc.te bereiken. Genoeg supermarkten, malls, restaurants in de buurt. Een straat verder zit een wasserette ( muntjes) erg handig als je je was gedaan wilt hebben. De Engelse taal is voor de medewerkers redelijk lastig. Qua schoonmaak kun je kiezen uit compleet, eco style ( handdoeken en prullenbak legen) of niet. Dit kun je per dag aanpassen. In verband met het milieu is dit een geweldige optie. Goed ontbijt, meer Japanse gerechten dan westerse. Limousine bus naar vliegveld Kansai vertrekt voor het hotel.. In april ook al in dit hotel verbleven, deze kerr weer de keuze gemaakt voor Keihan grande.

The hotel is OK, not more. Having the subway in front of the hotel really helps when you travel with kids. However the hotel needs to be renovated, not smart tv for example.

Don’t book this hotel. Great location, but there are better options in the area. I booked the first room available with 3 beds for 4 nights and I didn’t know it was a smoking room. It was hard to breathe in the room, it smelled awful and it was dirty. Found hair in the shower, stains on the carpet. They wouldn’t move me to a different room after asking multiple times. I even offered to downgrade to a smaller room but they weren’t helpful at all. I left the hotel after the first night and they didn’t refund me for the remaining nights or the additional payment for breakfast.

Very old property, most of the rooms smell of smoke. Rooms are not just a little dated, but very dated. Why the location is nice right across the street from Kyoto station, they’re much better offerings and similar locations. Tiny rooms with almost no in room amenities. Do not recommend

This hotel is close to the JR Kyoto station. There’s an underground tunnel pass that leads to the hotel. The room was big and very spacious for 3 people. Lots of amenities and supplies. Easy check in. Staff were very helpful. Free drinks during check in if you’re a N Expedia VIP member. The hotel is actually next to a bus station ( airport bus) and a mall with a lot of restaurants and shops.. Don Quixote is on the 2nd floor which is tax free..

GOOD: There were complimentary drinks available during the afternoon and evening. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of food. It was also located at a very convenient area next to Tokyo Station, including an underground passageway that lead directly into the station. As a family of four, we stayed in the room for four people, and it was larger than most Japanese hotel rooms. The staff were very nice and friendly. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: The bathroom had a pungent urine odour that would not go away even after cleaning. The carpets were dirty even after vacuuming; we observed that this was mainly an issue due to the faulty vacuum cleaners, and not the cleaning staff. The garbage bin was too small, not enough for four people; we would recommend to include at least 2 garbage bins for this room. Additionally, there were no chairs or tables, so it was inconvenient to eat or do work.

Most of the staff was great and friendly. I dod feel one staff member lied and said they were booked on a massage when they brought the paperwork out to fill but other than that, overall great stay.

酒店地下入口很方便,只要記住酒店連接的商場名稱很容易從地鐵站行去酒店(地下入口早上10點後才開放),地面入口則有點難找 酒店樓上有donki有松本清有animate,從地下行去地下街也很方便,京都站連接的地下街那邊的超市很多食物選擇,京都站中央出口樓上也有很多餐廳,購物和飲食也很方便 酒店check in是自助的,要自己補填部分資料,不過酒店員工發現有問題時也會協助的 門卡只有一張,即使你有3個人 酒店個人用品(牙刷之類)要到接待處那邊自行提取
