We had a wonderful stay, the room was very big (especially for Japanese standards) and had everything we needed. The service to fill up with fresh water to avoid plastic water bottles was very much appreciated. The hotel is very nicely located to get around the city and both bus and metro were right in front of the hotel.

The staff, location and the room cleanliness are the gems of this hotel. I love how they maintain the kitchen tools and change brand new sponge. I definitely will stay here again!

The staff were friendly and check-in was easy. The rooms were quite disappointing and felt a lot older and not as luxurious as the photos suggested. The daily cleaning service was great and it was lovely to have a balcony.

Vraiment très propre. Lits confortables, bonne literie et bien aménagé,plus grand que les hôtels habituels au Japon . Juste en face d'une station de métro. Personnel attentionné et courtois. Distance de marche de plusieurs points d'intérêt. Un très bon choix pour Kyoto.

Très propre, personnel aimable et courtois.Tres bel hôtel atmosphère zen! Et même si fenêtres face a la rue, silence absolu. Hôtel juste a coté d'une station de métro, et bien situé pour marcher a certains points d'intérêt. Nous avons marché 23km les 3jours et utilisé métro pour se rendre plus loin.

An excellent hotel for a medium stay. There are cooking facilities and refrigerator in the room, room to spread out, comfortable beds, laundry facilities downstairs, and very easy access to train, subway, bus services, restaurants and just about any other service you need.

The staff was so kind, they even helped us book a taxi. The accommodation and the workers were just all so lovely! One of my best hotel experiences. I will definitely go back if I ever get the chance come visit Kyoto again!

地點非常好,員工十分友善,而且積極協助旅客解決問題。枕頭很扁,電視偏老,浴廁並非乾濕分離,設計上令人困擾。如果想泡澡先放好水,並站在浴缸外淋浴,淋浴的水會淹到房間裡。除了某些硬體設施之外一切都很棒。

櫃檯人員親切,英文也通。房間乾淨,基本設施足夠,室內坪數是日本旅館中比較大的:有兩張單人床、一個小廚房跟一套淋浴設備和廁所。 比較不舒適的地方是:房間的隔音不太好,早上會被同層樓的旅客或者房務清潔的工作吵醒。室內暖氣機的啟動/關閉有點吵。 若房間太乾燥,可以向櫃檯詢問/索取「加濕機」。 浴室的部分,洗澡淋浴空間是在浴缸,對我個人來說,感覺不那麼衛生,會降低泡澡的意願。 淋浴間提供沐浴乳、洗髮精與潤髮乳,洗髮劑是洗了很乾淨、會比較乾澀型的。 詢問旅館櫃檯,櫃檯表示,有提供「送行李至機場」服務,需提前預定。 KKday應該也有配合(本文記錄日:2024年2月15日,尚有在KKday看到此服務,個人未使用,但「猜想」KKday有配合,請自行查證)。

We had a 5-night staye at this hotel and gave it five stars. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, and the kitchenette was convenient to use. The location was also great, with easy access to transportation, restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, and laundromats.

Super close to Gojo station. A number of good places to eat just next to the hotel and a grocery store as well just down the street. We had a kitchenette in our room as well, which gave us more options for food. One of the best places we stayed during our trip.
