'Just Wow! That sums up everything about gin and tonic. Perfect location, I loved walking a few minutes to have a daily mile in the sea! Perfectly appointed, quiet, well equipped, the most outstanding view! Loved the feline visitors which we fed daily! Liz was fantastic to communicate with, especially when we lost our bank card which created some issues! As soon as we got home I went online to rebook as it’s such a truly amazing place. 'Wir waren 3 Familien mit Kindern im Alter von 9 bis 13 Jahren. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet, mit hochwertigen Möbeln innen und auch im Außenbereich. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohlgefühlt. Es fehlt an nichts, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage der Villa ist auch sehr gut: ein Auto wird benötigt, dann kann man sehr schnell verschiedene Strände erreichen. Die Ausflugstipps, die wir von Geir erhalten haben, waren ebenso super. Die Kommunikation mit ihm und Coskun, der vor Ort...

'This is the 2nd time were have stayed in this villa. We noticed some deterioration in the overall look of the property and I even got stuck in the downstairs en-suite shower room when I tried to exit this room and the handle came out of its fitting and I was unable to get out of the shower room. I spent around 45 minutes locked in and eventually the whole handle and locking mechanism had to be removed which was never replaced whilst we were staying in the property so had a large hole in the door...

'The villa was spacious enough for us all. A real treat to have bread delivered daily and the house to be cleaned daily. Nothing was too much trouble, A superb villa with all of the amenities you need. We came with 2 16 years olds and 2 19 years old. We all loved it.'

'Mehmet organised everything from the start. He arranged a pick up from the airport and was waiting for us at the villa when we arrived. He helped to organise taxis during our stay and was generally so helpful. The villa itself was just as shown and is a very short walk from a fabulous restaurant called “the Castle All in all a very pleasant stay'

'Kalamar / Kalkan is a lovely resort with lots of good quality resturaunts, bars and places to see. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Semin. It is in a good location and has beautiful sea views, balconies and the pool was fantastic. Hosts William and Diana provided a personal touch to help us know all was in place and any support that was needed.'

'Just returned from a fabulous two weeks at the beautiful Villa Australis. The villa is in a good location with Kalamar beach club a short walk down the hill offering lots of water activities, House Kitchen & Bar is a great place to eat just up the hill from the villa as well as Soothe Hotel. 'Villa Keros is situated in the Kisla area of Kalkan. It is about half hour walk (up hill) into Kalkan, however taxi's are readily available and it takes literally 4 minutes to get into town at a cost of 25 lira ( less than £4) and most taxi's take 6 people which is perfect for the size of the villa. Caroline and Colin recommended Ayhan, an English speaking driver, who was fantastic throughout our whole stay and if he couldn't collect us then he would send another driver - all done through...

'Beautiful little villa in a quiet location above Kalkan. The villa is clean, well fitted out and has everything you could need. We had a fantastic stay and the owner Muhammet couldn’t have been more helpful. We would definitely stay again.'

Also the 5th “bedroom” is right at the top of the house located within the laundry room and had no access to a toilet and/or bathroom. This should be highlighted in the description. Also unfortunately the games room snooker table is in bad shape and the access is underneath the villa and down steep...

'We had a fantastic holiday in this villa. The pool was amazing and the kids were in it all day every day. The Villa was clean and well equipped. The location felt safe and was quiet with amazing views down onto Kalkan. It is a walk to the harbour, shops and restaurants and the incline back home was too much to walk but with readily available cheap taxis it was never a problem. 'We spent two weeks in Kalkan. We loved the villa set in a quiet location, with a lovely pool, and sea views. We headed up into the mountains and loved it, found great eateries. Kalkan was not for us as we are a little older. Everything is on extremely steep hills, anyone with any mobility issues will struggle. But if you are fit, this villa is gorgeous.'

'We stayed at Villa Holu during the October half term break and had a wonderful time. The villa was as described and the location was lovely with beautiful views. There are restaurants and stores nearby and you can walk into town in about 15-20 mins. The villa is large and bright and well equipped with everything you would need. There are sunbeds, a choice of seating areas outdoors and table tennis. The pool room was a definite bonus where we enjoyed a drink and pool competitiond at night. ...

'This hotel is amazing, you will find it very difficult to find a better hotel in Kalkan. The views are fantastic, rooms are spacious and overlook the beautiful sea and harbour. It is set in the mountain hills so a steep 15 min walk into the town but the hotel call you taxis which come very quick. The restaurant and bar area has the best view in the world, especially at sunset. It is magnificent and the food is top quality and the prices are much better than the restaurants in the town.
