The property doesnt clean the rooms everyday. We have to grab our own new Towels from reception. Breakfast was ok for grab and go. Location is close to everything dining, bars, hwy. The front desk gave us a hard time checking in because I had called the day PRIOR that i was going to check in LATE after midnight because my flight is arriving at 1130 from Nashville. My flight got delayed and ended up getting to the hotel passed 4am. They were calling to tell me id risk losing my reservation if i dont get there soon. Close to 5am i was too tired to deal with their BS luckily they still honored my reservation but didnt need the hassle. This place is very conveniently located near many restaurants and clubs. But can be a little more cleaner with the suites.

We arrived at 2 am to find out there were no towels, bathmat, or wash clothes. We tried calling front desk to get some noone never answered. We said screw it and just went to sleep. Woke up at 6 tried calling again to get towel. Still no answer. I walked over to the office to get towels and everything else. Male front dresk guy sat there and argued with me for 5 mins saying there are towels in the room. Then proceeded to ask me 5 times to follow me back to the room to see if there are towels. Told him no every time husband is asleep in the room.

The sèrvice was slow. The room was had a smell and the couch was stained severely. Didnt want to take a shower due to it not looking very clean. Bed was so uncomfortable.

Because the building was located on a busy hwy the noise and the vibration from the heavy trucks made the entire place unacceptable. There were also bugs (cockroaches) in the room. Gross. I could not stay in that place and ended up sleeping in my car. Awful night! They would not refund the money paid for the room. I was only there for 1 1/2 hours.

The first room non-smoking room were were given smelled of smoke. The second had cigarette burns on the bed spread and toilet seat, the outlets showed signs of previous electric bursts, and the couch and bathtub were covered in stains. Had we not already paid and driven 12 hours earlier that day, I would have chosen to not stay there. The fifteen dollar per deposit was also not clear at the time of reservation but I take fault with Expedia for that.

I asked fir cleaning supplies to at least wpie down my self.....very bad! Im glad i had lysol with me, I will be calling hotesl.com so they can remove them from their site! Their rooms are not clean like the pictures??

The staff was awesome, excellent customer, they were in training, great people. Lighting in parking lot was terrible and too many shady people walking around. Did not feel safe. Room was decent, broken and missing handles, no iron. Too pricey for that stay. Breakfast was not what I thought we were going to get.

Negatief: Personeel en service, voorzieningen
Waited 15 minutes for someone to finally check me in. No paper towels in Lobby public bathroom. Only enough shampoo and conditioner for 1 person and there are 2 of us. No ashtray in the King Size Bed SMOKING ROOM we reserved. And, ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES!!!! FRANKLY, I was rather upset and shocked about the way things have been so far. Rest of trip, still waiting to be determined.

Providing our guests with a safe and enjoyable experience is of extreme importance to us. Thank you for alerting us to a potential pest problem. We are investigating and treating to make sure that this is an isolated incident. I assure you that we have strict guidelines we follow, and cleanliness issues are very important to us and are being addressed immediately with our staff. We are always looking for ways to improve upon the guest experience even with limited staffing. We are working hard to improve our provided services and hope you will return to experience them with a future stay.
