Dear Radia, The first of all thanks for your letters. Let me explain something about your letters, you booked a Double Room on Basement floor which is 13 square meter and we had a availability and moved you to standart room at 2nd Floor . While you booked a room looking for cheapest one as much as you can but you want to get a room bigger there must be something wrong. If you can read all the details while on reservation time which we wroten in the room details and pictures you can be sure what you will get on your arrival. Also the repair can not start at 9 AM in the morning which is forbidden in Turkey, they did it after 11 AM which we can not do anything because this is covering by Turkey laws. So really it is easy to write something worse in the hotel pages but please do it with right words otherwise you have to do something wrong . I would say hope to see you again for better experience.
