Mooi hotel ,schoon ,zwembad buiten en binnen schoon en goed alleen persoon ervan mag wat vriendelijker zijn .mensen bij de receptie is echt vriendelijk helpen je met alles ( Ozkan werkt bij de receptie echt top vent ..) Ik raad dit hotel zeker aan voor zakelijke als gezin ..top

Goeie douchen, lekkere bed, ligging is beetje buiten de toeristische plekken je moet met de bus taxi of met de veerboot. airco deed het niet ook niet toen ze hem gingen repareren.

Excellent Staff!
So glad to to stay here. Volkan, Mert and all front office was very welcoming and ensured my perfect stay. Hotel is nice business hotel.

The hotel is located 45 minutes away from the airport without traffic with traffic time it will take us from 1hr to 1:45 minutes to get the hotel or to the center of Instabul.

Every is fine except reception staff had pushed own limousine services when I asked for the taxy, eventually had to call an uber, after spending 10 minutes of time for discussion

On the good side, the dinner in the hotel was excellent. Turkish food is generally delicious, but the hotel's chefs made it so good that I savoured every piece of it. The bed was comfy, and the duvet was great, warm, but not too hot. On a less brighter side, the towels clearly had better days, they were grayish and worn-out. The hotel has a massive problem with the plumbing, once you open the tap in any position, scolding hot water starts pouring out, and you have to wait for a few minutes before it gets to normal temperature. My sink's drain was partially clogged, I asekd to clean it three times, but either the staff didn't understand me or couldn't fix it. The water still wouln't go down the sink as I was checking out. Overall, it's a great place, but poorly run, and penny-pinching at every opportunity, which spoils the impression.
