The stay in the hotel and service from the staff have been very pleasant. The room is spacious, bed is comfortable and the bathroom clean. There were some minor details that could be improved, but overall a very good to excellent experience. The rooftop pool has an amazing view (the water is pretty cold though). The wellness facilities are somewhat small and indoor pool has pretty cold water too, but maybe in summer high season this would be less disturbing. The food is excellent and so is the service.

I have been in many Hotels in Istanbul, but so far this is the best one, deserving the stars. Everything is close to the hotel, even the ferry to Besiktas is a few meters away. Breakfast is extensive however it finishes too early (10:30) The only thing i miss in every hotel i have been so far in istanbul is the Samsung/Smart TV function. This Hotel should have this. Also the deluxe rooms are not always available and look exactly the same as shown on the standart room. They told me that there are 2-3 different deluxe rooms with sea view and the one of 30 square meter was not available because they have only 2 rooms of shown in the picture which i found strange

Eerste Hilton waar wij ons niet goed hebben gevoeld. Kamer zat onder de stof en de zwembad restaurant niet hygiënisch omdat ze de gegeten en gedronken flessen borden niet opruimen en de tafels niet afnemen.

* Staff are consistently not smiling or looking at guests * They busy complaining about work or on their phone * Bathtubs are to high and dangerous. Need walk in showers. I had to go to fitness center to shower unsafe in room * Beautiful facility and great brand but the staff :(

Service was excellent, concierge, chef and front desk staff were knowledgeable and provided excellent services. Room was clean, comfortable bed. Hotel breakfast was amazing. Chef Recep even accomodated my special request for a drink to help with my cold/congestion. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Jeg vil gerne give feedback vedrørende mit seneste ophold på jeres hotel. Generelt var oplevelsen positiv, men der var et par udfordringer med rengøringsservicen, som jeg gerne vil fremhæve. Jeg havde brug for roomservice til at rengøre mit værelse tre gange på én dag, da der ikke blev støvsuget eller leveret nye håndklæder ved de første to besøg. Dette var lidt skuffende, da jeg forventede en mere grundig rengøringsservice under mit ophold. Jeg vil foreslå, at I øger opmærksomheden på rengøringsservicen for at sikre, at gæsterne får en mere behagelig og komplet oplevelse under deres besøg.

The rooftop restaurant is a hidden gem with spectacular views of Istanbul skylines and there’s even a small outdoor pool. Walk to ferries, metro, shopping and the lively markets, pubs, live music venues of dynamic and bohemian Kadıköy and Moda. Staff is always extremely polite and helpful. Beds are comfortable and room service is excellent.
