Flats in Irvine

'The property is exactly as advertised. We got there and the light fixture was leaking in one bathroom ceiling. We called a few minutes to 11pm as we had arrived late and they answered the phone and had maintenance and repair in the next morning. Great service, quiet property. We would stay again.'

'Modern, contemporary, nicely renovated with abundant storage. Especially enjoyed the open kitchen and southwest facing balcony. Very comfortable beds. Tastefully decorated. Landlord very responsive. Location very convenient to shopping and highways.'

'Great rental, with plenty of space. Close to disney and knotts which were our main reasons for visiting. We loved the location, space in the unit, we never felt cramped, the beds were very comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub which is a short walk away. Also appreciated the attentiveness of the hosts. Shortly after check in time, they messaged making sure we were able to get in ok. Ive stayed at many VRBO's and have never had a host do that......actually i stayed at one we were not...

'This was a great place to stay and very well decorated and clean! The host added nice touches and provided soaps and plenty of towels too. The only downside is that the neighborhood isn't as nice as the unit and she does state that you do have to go up a flight of stairs in the listing, but neither of those bothered us since we didn't do much in the place but eat dinner, shower and sleep (we were there to attend a hockey tournament) and are all very able bodied to carry our gear around....
