'My family and I spend 2 nights on suites same price BUT very different in everything...one was on 9 floor and the other 3 floor, both in corners so means bigger suites i guess...oh well in 3 floor, the housekeeper fixed beds, trash out, took the dirty towels but did not leave us clean, no hand soap or body lotion, the shower curtain ripped, in here I make responsable to the supervisors. 'They went out of their way to help when stranded by weather/airline. The room was recently updated and the location was ideal for Love Field. There is still construction going on in Lobby but did not affect us at all. The front desk staff answered the phone when we called and went out of her way to make our check in process work when the online reservation was screwed up. We have used this property many times in the past and I am glad it is finally being upgraded. '
