'Our room was quite far from the lobby….down 3 hallways. Only working ice machine was up one floor and down two hallways. Carpet in room was fairly dirty and makeup mirror was so loose of couldn’t be used. Linens and all else was clean. Free breakfast was good.'

'Onderweg een nacht hier geslapen. Hotel ligt naast de I-40, daar heb je geen last van. Vreemd was dat op het adres van dit Wingate hotel een Holiday Inn hotel was gevestigd. Bleek te kloppen. drie dagen na ons verblijf werd het een Holiday Inn en ze waren al druk met de verbouwing. Geen ontbijt i.v.m. verbouwing, wel kon je een broodje of fruit bestellen.'

'Easy location, close to lots of dining options, clean rooms, like thst the rooms had fridge and a microwave! Did not like that the breakfast included ended at 9 am! 9!!! That is way to early end a breakfast! Not everyone wants to wake up by 8am to get down to breakfast while on vacation! It should have been till 10am! '

'We always stop to stay here when we drive to Waco from California-it’s our halfway point. Now as we trek back to Cali we arrive here at Embassy again. 'Layout of hotel was a bit awkward. Window in room faced hallway/ no view of outside or any natural light. Coming from pool we had to walk through a busy lobby area where they were conducting interviews and had conferences going on. Pool area was nice, but water too warm, over 80 degrees. Hot tub needed some maintenance, bottom of cemented tub had gravely sediments built up we felt with our feet. Saturday night hot tub was full of children, no adults and we were unable to use. '

'My room was very cleaned. Little bit noisy I was able to hear the people talking outside I was on 2nd floor. I proceeded to take a shower. When I opened the faucet the handle came off. I was able to put it back and didn’t reported to maintenance. I was in a hurry to leave. AC unit was making a squeaky sound every time it stopped. Bed and pillows very comfortable. I will stay there again if need to. Excellent housekeeping service. Needs better maintenance. '
