Great people working in the reception. Big smile to welcome and to say goodbye every time you passed by. My room has a great view and huge bathroom. Bathroom has one big issue... the shower design is a disaster as the water sets the whole floor of the non-wet area, kinda flooding. Location is great, very near the mtr station Tin Hau and the great looking Victoria park for sports and greenery. Causeway bay is just 8 min for me ( fast walker here).

Keurig hotel
We zij een week in dit hotel geweest. Mooie moderne uitstraling en heel vriendelijk personeel. De kamers zijn netjes maar heel krap. Je kunt in dit hotel niet eten, maar er zijn voldoende etensgelegenheden in de buurt. Het hotel is prima bereikbaar want het ligt vlakbij het metrostation. En de trams stoppen vlakbij. Vanaf de airport kun je prima de Airport Express nemen naar Hong Kong. Een klein stukje lopen naar metrostation Central en van daaraf de Island Line naar Tin Hau. De Handy die je mee kunt nemen door de hele stad is een geweldige stadsgids met heel veel tips en kortingen op diverse entreegelden. Je hebt overal internet bij je. En met de GPS weet je altijd waar je bent en welke kant je op moet. Zo heb je geen dure databundel op je eigen mobiel nodig.

Degelijk hotel, op een goede locatie.
Het hotel ligt gunstig ten opzichte van het openbaar vervoer en in een leuke buurt. Voldoende eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Kamers zijn niet al te groot, maar comfortabel. Vriendelijke receptie. Goed hotel, voor als je alleen een plaats voor overnachting zoekt en de rest daar buiten om doet.

Prima hotel voor een korte vakantie
Zeer klantvriendelijk, MRT en tram bijna voor e deur, met 5 min. op Time Square De enige opmerking was dat de kamer niet schoon was m.n onder het bed! Ontbijt is niet mogelijk, maar in de buurt genoeg mogelijkheden Wij zullen zeker de volgende reis dit hotel weer boeken

Great place in Hong Kong
Butterfly Victoria is great for relaxation after long days in Hong Kong, location was good for me personally, and the staff was really helpful when needed. I happen to love the Butterfly hotels and use them each time I travel to Hong Kong.

新しくて清潔でお洒落です。狭いけど圧迫感なし。１０階でしたが眺めは、道をはさんだいかにも香港らしい古いアパートメント。ブラインドは下ろしたままでした。バスルームもコンパクトですがきれいなので問題なし。シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ、固形石鹸、スリッパあり。ドライヤーは風力そこそこで使いやすいです。全てそろっています。お洒落エリアではないけど、美味しそううなお店も多く旅なれた方にはおすすめ。お安くなったときに予約しました。

房間偏小，空調無法自行調溫度，交通方便
缺點：空調只能調風量，風量也就是強跟弱，沒有第三個選擇，溫度無法調整，導致白天時偏熱，又由於房間有窗戶是沒錯，但封死打不開，所以好悶！浴室洗手台很小，洗臉時水會一直外漏至地板。房內的角落灰塵髒污很多，因為是鋪深色地毯，所以看的很明顯。床一般般，沒特別好睡也不會特別難睡。隔音很差！尤其早晨房務打掃，蠻吵的～房間很小，以那樣的價位，香港可以有更好的選擇。 優點：謝謝櫃檯幫我們升等，至少房間有空氣清淨機還不錯！謝謝安排在邊間，兩面採光很棒，可惜窗戶無法打開。交通算方便，天后站A1出口走3分鐘就到，巴士也很方便搭。附近吃喝蠻多的，稍微走一下路也有惠康超市。

ビクトリアパークに近く部屋もきれいで設備も必要最低限のモノは全て揃っているので、泊まるだけなら全く問題なし。スタッフも皆、若くて親切。

Very very convenient but room a bit small even they upgrade my room and the first day when I back to my room for concall meeting at 12:30am, my room still not yet cleaning, as for environmental protection, I gave up cleaning that day😂 front desk is very helpful!

Great hotel, great location with easy access to the MTR and trams, would definitely recommend. WiFi hotspot was a nice touch and worked well though battery didn't last a full day. If you're not used to HK sized apartments you'd probably find the rooms very small, but it's a nice efficient layout so worked well.

Cozy and clean hotel near MTR and great dining
The hotel location is excellent, being near the MTR station, great dining choices, and the shopping area. The staff were hospitable, attentive and friendly. The room was cozy and clean, though a bit small as is common in HK. Our request for a quiet room was granted as we were billeted on the upper floor. The hotel provided pocket wifi and a mobile phone for free, which made it all the more convenient as these are necessities for any tourist exploring the city. Our stay was very comfortable. The manager, Kenneth, even surprised me with birthday pastries! We had a great experience. We will recommend this hotel to family and friends.

small rooms but good service
our superior room was small with little options for clothing storage and luggage had to be kept out on the floor but it (the room) had everything we needed in terms of amenities and equipment. service staff were very friendly and accommodating, always opening doors and greeting guests, and lending umbrellas for the rain.

Great location
Check in and check out was a Breeze! The room is right in front of the lift and was a bit noisy as the window is facing the main road (no view as it’s covered up). The safety box was also not working but the staff rectified it promptly. Overall, the staff are very friendly and the location is great!

Good location, room size OK too
Very conveniently located. Yummy food was all nearby. However room was a bit dark, brighter lighting will be appreciated.

毎日部屋の清掃及びベッドメイキングが綺麗にされていてとても気持ちが良かったです。又、英語が話せない私でも、色々な手段を使って伝えようとしてくれる従業員さんに感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。何も困ることなく過ごせました。個人的に印刷してほしい物があり、フロントにてカタコトの英語で伝えた所、快く対応して下さりました。ホテルは駅やトラムから近く、周辺にはスターバックス・スーパー・コンビニ・マクドナルド・美味しいタピオカドリンク屋さんがあり、とても便利でした。

Perfekt läge, underbar säng och hjälpsam personal
Hotellet var verkligen superbra. Personalen var otroligt hjälpsam och trevliga. Det är lätt att hitta hotellet då det är två minuters promenad från tunnelbanan så läget är perfekt. Gatan bredvid hotellet är en "matgata" där man hittar allt möjligt gott. Sängen var otroligt skön och utsikten från 13 våningen var fantastisk. Trots att rummet var litet fanns det två fönster och en stor TV. Det fanns det dessutom riktigt bra mörkläggningsgardiner så jag sov som en stock. Badrummet var bra och duschen varm. Det var rent och snyggt och det fanns allt som man behövde som tex adapter. Dessutom fick man låna dels en telefon för gratis lokala samtal och en bärbar wifi-uppkoppling att ha med sig på stan så man kan surfa helt gratis under hela vistelsen. Jag skulle definitivt bo här igen!
