Our sincerest apologies for the breakfast service not being what would have been the most fluent and comfortable for you. It is possible to book a stay either with or without the breakfast, and with comes the coupons that are delivered to your studio before your check-in. The cafeteria that serves the breakfast for our customers, collects the coupons once the customer goes there - this way the record is kept. It is also possible to buy breakfast there on site. My apologies again if the communication has not been convenient or nice - we'll take this into discussion and will take this into account to improve the service. However, thank you for taking time to review, it's valuable information when we take actions to make our services even better. And we are happy, that the location, restaurant and other amenities provided were to your liking! We hope to see you again at Noli Katajanokka - warmly welcome!

Hei Arto,Kiitos palautteesta,Pahoittelemme että tilanteessa on ollut epätietoisuutta, onneksi kyseessä on ollut väärä hälytys. Tuolloin kun 13.2. illalla hälytys oli tullut, meillä oli henkilökunta paikalla ja ohjeisti aulassa majoittujia tilanteesta. Tuohon aikaan meillä on valitettavasti vain yksi host paikalle, joten heidän myös pitää mennä ohjaamaan palokunta paikalle. Toimimme meidän ohjeiden mukaisesti tilanteessa.
