Super mooie en grote kamer in een modern en groot hotel. Ligging in een hele mooie wijk met dure huizen en op loopafstand van het centrum.

This is a fabulous hotel, in a great location, the rooms are clean and tidy, underground car park on site, think it's £12, per day but you can come and go as you please, the staff are both friendly and helpful, excellent breakfast included.

Scaffolding around entrance was unattractive, and at no point during my 4 day stay, was any work done. Every time I went to the breakfast buffet, something had run out, and I had to wait. Over 3 breakfasts I estimate I waited 10 times for items. Also waited 40 mins for a vegetarian eggs benedict Therefore each breakfast took twice as long as it needed too.

hotel was fine, centrally located in Harrogate , what let it down was the bar service and breakfast where staff clearly didnt have a clue what was going on, drinks were expensive and the breakfast was well below average.

suffering from a bad hip, I found the disabled parking slot outside the front door VERY convenient, but the VERY firm mattress on our bed was very uncomfortable.

Weekend break
We stayed for one night. Our room was clean and spacious. After we flushed our toilet, there was a strong smell of sewers. My partner reported this to reception and we were swiftly moved to another room, the receptionist was very helpful. We were moved to the room opposite which again was clean and spacious and we were given some complimentary drinks vouchers. We booked dinner, bed and breakfast with access to the club lounge. In the club lounge snacks were available and in the evening, wine, beer and canapés were offered. The wine was good quality although was restocked regularly as guests were taking bottle to their rooms. The evening meal was excellent, staff friendly and efficient. It was very good value and you could order 3 courses off the main menu, only the grills carried an extra charge. Food was delicious.Tje bar area was lively and friendly. There was a good variety at breakfast, all serve yourself and the food was lovely and hot. The fresh fruit was a little hard and pastries were low stock at the time of our visit. We did have issues with our toilet our toilet not flushing in our new room and reported this on checkout. The receptionist was apologetic and waived our car park fee. Overall this is a lovely, well decorated hotel and we would stay again. Staff are lovely.

Jewel in the Crowne
Breakfast was great, loved having kippers available on request. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Best bed we’ve ever had in a hotel, larger than our own Superking! View wasn’t too shabby either. Great location for everything Harrogate has to offer and secure parking available on site. Will definitely stay here again.

Impossible bath
Check in was good and quick. We were given a room on the 10th floor. We have stayed at the hotel many times and never had such a small room. The bath was so narrow, it was extremely difficult to get out of. Breakfast was excellent as always, along with the great staff.
