They didn’t have any towels to my very last day. Complementary breakfast weren’t so complementary. I asked for my sheets to be changed because it was something on it. Someone never came so I had to go to Walmart and buy new sheets and changed them myself. Just not the best service!

Sleeping was bad! There was a smoke detector that needed the battery changed! It chirped the most of our trip! It woke me up 2:30 in the morning and i could not sleep! I reported to the front desk and nothing was done to fix it!

There was a musky odor in the hallway and in the room. We had the do not disturb sign on the door and someone came in the room while I was out and things were moved around. The house keepers could not speak English much.

This place is terrible, please don't stay here. I'm not typically a picky person, but this hotel was so gross. We checked into our room and there was bugs flying around, dirty walls, dirty towels on the ground. There was also a group of men in the corner of the parking lot drinking and smoking (what they were smoking they were trying to hide). I requested a refund and have yet to get it back because once you're checked in, regardless of if you havent seen the room, you can't cancel. Not to mention I paid $175 for one night, you'd think I'd be getting a nice hotel room? Save your money and time. At least the check in people were kind.

Thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry we could not issue you a refund immediately. Your reservation was pre-paid through Expedia, they are the one who charged your card. I reached out to them the very next morning to ask them to refund you and per their policy said it could take up to ten days. If I can be of any other assistance please let me know.

The room was tiny, cramped, and overwhelmingly humid. It was actually less humid outside than it was in my room. The AC is ancient and needs to be replaced as it seemed to make this issue worse.

The exterior of the main building looks real nice but inside my room, it looked dated. My queen size bed had little pillows and were flat. The carpet was old and felt filthy to the touch. Needs lighting at the entrance to park lot so you know where to turn in at. Overall just need updated interior materials.

This property was close to everything we needed. Pricing was perfect for us to be comfortable. Staff was always present for things needed even though we were not in the main building. Would definitely stay here again.

People above our room must have had a heard of kids cause they sounded like they were a stampede of horses all over the ceiling of our room reported it quiet down for a few moment then they started again the entire weekend is all we heard at bed time cause we stayed gone all day

Breakfast was very good and the lady working the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. The room and the common areas like the hallways and elevators were pretty dirty. Our bed skirt had stains all over it.

The room was basic but had a funky smell I just put a cheap air freshener in there while I was there and that helped The road to turn into the parking lot is dark and hard to see a couple of lights out there would be helpful The staff was very friendly and I didn’t have any problems I would stay again

It was right next to the hospital, which was excellent. The staff was friend. We had fresh towels everyday and our personal items were not bothered which was a plus. We were not far from the beachfront or any activities. It was a very scenic area. Will visit again.
