'The apartment is situated yards from the main mall in town and is super convenient. I wondered whether it would be quiet at night and was delighted that it was. The apartment itself was clean and fully functional. We were not short of anything at all. Even clothes-washing tablets were available, and a bottle of wine was in the fridge, too!. The stay at La Esquina (the name of the apartment) was first-class. I highly recommend it. As and when we reutnr we iwill surely see if it is available. Oh!...

'Superb all round -Cleanliness 100% and facilities -Everything you need -With a Dog its great as there 2 walking parks just 20 meters left and right of the house and a 20 minute walk or mins by car the choice of 2 beaches --security with secure surround on the Patio also --There is a dog agilty park 5 mins also however i suggest using when empty as Locals quite rightly meet a couple of times a day with a few dogs --but how nice to have this --you listening Local Uk Councils ? 'We really liked this property and as the weather was very hot the outside balcony as a welcome bonus. Also, we had a choice of using the lifts or stairs. The property is central to everywhere in Guardamar. The beach was within easy walking-distance, as were all the Restaurants, Shops, etc. The whole apartment was lovely and the 3 bedrooms were a very good size, with plenty of wardrobe space. The main bathroom was more than adequate and the en-suite off the main bedroom was useful to have. There...

'Nice apartment, quiet central location in a residential area (a little bit away from the touristy center, which we appreciated), proximity to the central market, reliable wifi, well equipped, impecable communication with the owner who answered all our inquiries immediately and resolved the issues that came up. 'Todo bien, la casa aceptable, la televisión se corta de vez en cuando, la zona de piscina tuvieron que levantar una parte del suelo por una fuga de agua, pero de no ser por este percance estaba bien, tuvimos un día la piscina sucia pero se solucionó. La comunicación con el propietario buena por wasap. Para bajar a la playa hace falta coche pero está cerca, a diez minutos, en general buena estancia, zona muy tranquila.'
