'La propriété est super agréable, encore mieux que dans la description!! La propriétaire est vraiment accueillante et très à l'écoute! Maison est hyper équipée et très bien entretenue, tout le matériel nécessaire est présent. Que dire de plus à part que vous ne devez pas hésiter lors de votre réservation !!! A très bientôt !! 'Meine Familie und ich hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Villa ist sehr gemütlich und bietet alles, was man im Familienurlaub benötigt. Sogar unser Hund durfte mit. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Dorf Grimaud ist toll! Vor allem die Burg und die kleinen darunter liegenden Gassen sind mindestens einen Besuch wert. Der Supermarkt ist 8 min., der Hafen ca. 15. Minuten entfernt.. vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!'

'Den ganzen Tag scheint die Sonne über die schöne Villa mit Pool und sehr schönem Garten. Dennoch hatten wir genug schattige Plätze am Pool mit Salzwasser, das nicht nach Chlor roch. Für vier Erwachsene ist die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder, ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Den Grill fanden wir super. Die Einrichtung mit einzelnen Antikmöbel und Marine-Accessoires, großen Terrassentisch und Antimöcken-Spiralen fanden wir sehr schön. Sehr liebe und zuvorkommende...

The villa is equipped with all the necessary equipment to fully enjoy staying indoors on a break day or to function as home base for sleeping and cooking. Also A+ We enjoyed our time here and if we are visiting the area again, we definitely will consider booking again. One tip for the non planning type of...

'Très jolie décoration, très belle piscine, équipement adapté à maison de vacances. Cependant, pas de réseau téléphonique ni 4G, pas de wifi durant le séjour mais, selon la propriétaire, la fibre doit être installée d’ici peu. Caméras surveillant terrasse et piscine non signalées sur annonce ni évoquées lors de la remise des clefs. La mer est peut-être à 800 m à vol d’oiseau mais pas du tout par la route.'

'Spacious and well equipped villa in a quiet and good located area. The villa has a lot of charm. Although we had a great vacation the villa needs some maintenance since it had some issues: an airconditioning would be nice, some bad functioning sanitary (plugged drains), and there were no functioning lights in and around the swimming pool. Additionally there were a lot of wasps on the terras (who prefer the food over the sweets on the wasp traps). Since the villa is relatively big there was bad...

'Dit vakantiehuis is prachtig. Ik kom al jaren in zuid Frankrijk en heb al veel huizen gezien en dit is zeker een aanrader. Zeer compleet, ruim, comfortabel. Goed uitgeruste keuken, mooi zwembad, grote tuin met heerlijke ligbedden. Bij aankomst hartelijk ontvangen door Magaly, mooie fruitmand en rosé,m stonden klaar, zeer attent. Huis is ook prima gelegen tov bv de drukke wegen naar St Tropez. Wij komen graag weer terug! Liselotte'

'Superb location, St Tropez beaches is 20min by car. Property is in good shape, perfect for family. Maybe not the fanciest/latest, but great price performance. Spacious living area with proper kitchen, nice pool. Bad things: - internet was unstable Overall 4.5 of 5 expercience'

'We hebben een top vakantie gehad en het huis lag qua locatie erg goed. Vijf minuten lopen naar de zee en een zeer lekker privé zwembad. De verhuurders stonden meteen klaar voor al onze vragen en ondanks dat ze naast ons woonden hebben we nooit iets van ze gemerkt!! Zou het zo weer huren!'

'A beautiful property in a great location, situated between Saint Tropez and Saint Maxime. Communication from our hosts was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and the house has been very well maintained - it’s full of character and the various different outdoor areas around the pool are fantastic. 'Het is een prachtige woning. Heerlijk mogen vertoeven. Genoten! Alleen het was voor ons erg onduidelijk dat er geen linnen goed aanwezig was. Voor de prijs van zo'n woning mag je toch echt wel verwachten dat er linnengoed aanwezig is.'

'Super fijne week gehad met gezin (leeftijd tussen 0-63 jr), bestaande uit 10 volwassenen en 4 kleine kinderen, in een huis met alles erop en eraan. Fijne slaap- en badkamers, keuken, leefruimte , ruim terras en tuin. Helaas was zwemwater wel koud (eind april).'

'Verouderd park en kleine kamers zonder airco. Buiten een kleine snackbar is er niets te eten en ook geen animatie aanwezig. Te weinig parkeerplaatsen. Zwembad is mooi en proper. '
