Dear Joseph , Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We feel sorry that you had difficulties with the location of our property which by the way it is one of the competitive advantages of our resort. Offering one of the largest beaches in the whole area of Elounda , with three different beaches and totally private for our guests. It is also a pity that you did not had the chance to try any of our 5 restaurants in our properties as two of them are already awarded multiple times with the highest distinction a restaurant can receive " Golden Torques" and two new international branded restaurants "Il Borro" the famous Tuscan Bistro by the Ferragamo Family & "Sumosan" our brand new Japanese Restaurant.We would like also just to clarify some details about the room service and inform you that you are not paying for the ice bucket this is provided free of charge , but as all 5* hotels in the world it is the tray charge of 5 that was charged in your room. As for the transports inside our property and to our sister properties are very regular and you can move either by electric buggies from 4 and up to 8 seats that we provide complimentary or by our mini van that can take you to and from our sister property Elounda Mare or by sea transfer from 18:40 - to 23:00.As you can see you have many options of catering and transportation inside and between the properties.
