We are really surprised from your feedback, since all the other guests and reviews state that the hotel and the staff is customer friendly. You may see it online and to hear form our guests. We would like to provide for you also some additional information: there are 5 bars at the territory of the hotel, 5 bars offer cold and hot drinks, alcohol, coffee etc. The Champagne Bar (even the name is "Champagne Bar") offers champagne and cocktails, made of Champagne. There are planty of tables for 6 persons at the Main Restaurant and you could easily have your meals altogether. The tables in a la Carte restaurants are booked per room, which is 1, 2, 3 and 4 persons. We hope to have a chance to welcome you back in one of our premises in Greece!
