As concerns the Wi-Fi connection, please allow us to point out that we offer complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi connection throughout the resort for unlimited fast internet access to all our guests with coverage close to 100%. Thus, we are surprised that you had bad connection in your room. We hope you had informed us about it, so a technician could have inspected the router outside your room. Moreover, please be kindly informed that all the restaurants follow a standard procedure with the temperature of all dishes. Nevertheless, in case a guest prefers a different temperature on his dish or his coffee he may contact the restaurant staff and they will be happy to assist. Regarding the resort architecture, please allow us to point out that the guests do not have to walk along the provincial road that separates the resort into two parts but may use the two bridges that connect the upper and lower part to move unhindered.
