Nice location. Good views. Please take note the pool is salt water ! Quite a lot of East European customers. Hotel already slightly old, but views make up for this.

A hotel with great potential but poor management
This is a hotel where the staff is referring all the time " according to the rule..." Indeed, when arriving at 12 pm the room was not yet ready : following the rule rooms are only available as from 3 pm. Even when the hotel was almost empty it was almost impossible to convince the reception staff to do an effort to have the room much earlier. Housekeeping seems to be a problem. Furthermore, when asking for two towels per sunbed,( these were rather small and cover only the half of a sunbed) the rule says only one towel per sunbed. Only after a friendlly discussion with the reception staff, they reluctantly agreed for two towels. Also when leaving the hotel, I asked for one hour longer stay in the room. But again the rule says that rooms must be vacant by 12 pm. Eventually, one hour extension could be granted only by paying a riduclous 30 euro ! But their own rules do not apply when they organise an Easter barbeque at the swimming pool, which makes it than impossible to for the guests to enjoy that swimming pool. The only positive attitude came from GINA, the hotel consumer representative who did her very best to understand all my frustration. But even with her open mind and great kindness she can not compensate for the rules policy laid down by management.

Mooi Hotel prachtige ligging
wij kregen een upgrade na de hotelkamer met prive zwembad . Dit waren geweldig kamers waren groot en zo met je voeten in het zwembad. er was wel 1 minpuntje na het douchen stond je wel in een grote plas water en dat water kon niet weg maar door de geweldige upgrade hebben we dat voor lief genomen dit hotel is zeker een 5 sterren waard.

Adembenemend mooi qua hotel en ligging
Dit hotel heeft alles te bieden wat je verlangt van een ontspannen vakantie. Dichtbij de airport en buiten Corfu stad , wat binnen 10 minuten met de auto is te bereiken.Uitstekend ontbijt met enorme variatie, nauwelijks alles kunnen proeven in een week. Heerlijk prive strandje met service en goede ligstoelen en parasol. Schoon helder zwemwater. Uitstekend sushi restaurant om de hoek, met fantastisch uitzicht. Ga er zeker nog een keer heen. Last but not least, de mooie ruime schone kamers niet te vergeten.

Not a 5 star- food terrible - unhelpful staff
This is not a 5 star hotel- it might have facilities, but they are old and tired, like the building. The service is below par- front staff desk were unhelpful. I was given a different room to the one I booked, I arrived late afternoon and was assured if I came back at 10am the following morning they would try to arrange a different room. At 9:50 when I returned. I was told it was not possible. Zero attempt was made to accommodate my request. The host and waiting staff in restaurant were friendly, but other members of staff were there milling around and filling up plates for themselves at breakfast and dinner from the buffet and I even saw one of the chefs picking at the food in the trays with his fingers and eating when guests were in the vicinity. Disgusting and unhygienic. Plenty of choice, but the food was low quality. The indoor pool didn’t look usable. The outdoor pool was old and tired. Water looked dirty. Not enough Sun loungers for guests at either pool or beach. Carpets and interiors in the throughout were from the 1970s and generally tired. I checked out a day early and the front desk didn’t ask (i) why I was checking out a day early, or (ii) if I had enjoyed my stay- I assume they knew why and I assume this happens a lot. Do not waste your money on this hotel. Awful experience.

This is an excellent hotel with ample parking, great facilities and a good breakfast. Pool and beach are excellent. Only thing to be mindful of is that there is little in the way of shops in the area and there is noise from the airport almost constantly.

Joli hôtel. L’équipe est très sympathique et professionnelle. Buffet du petit déjeuner au top. Plage en contrebas dans une crique géniale. En revanche, 2 gros problèmes : l’aéroport est juste à côté donc un bruit assourdissant en continu et en fin de journée plus d’eau chaude ni de débit dans la douche de notre chambre.

Disappointing!
Firstly, i would never class this hotel as a 5 star! Very outdated basic rooms that you would expect in a 3 star. The man behind the countee at reception seemed like he hated his job, very moody looking. The "beach" is accessable from a cable cart like sky resort, this is definitely not beach front. Please dont stay here, hotels such as "Domes" by mariott, are amazing, no comparison!

Awful place. Hotel Failed to provide us with the accommodation we had booked and paid for and staff member on duty on our arrival virtually admitted we’d been expedia had sold us the superior bungalow too cheaply. In short they had sold our superior bungalow accommodation to someone else for more money and tried to fob us off with a greatly inferior standard double room saying we could and should not expect to be provided with the type of accommodation that we had booked and paid for! They stated they couldn’t offer us anything else as supposedly full and (even tho superior rooms were on offer on website) As we discovered, it was a dreadful place anyway suffering from thunderous noise most of the night from planes taking off and arriving at the airport which is extremely close to the hotel. Although it was distressing to spend one night in a substandard , old and worn room, the fact we were forced to find an alternative place to stay for the rest of our trip did us a huge favour, as we obtained a lovely far superior place in Corfu old town and received a refund from expedia for the remaining nights we didn’t spend st Corfu Holiday palace Given the stress and anxiety this hotel caused us they it was not fair that they extracted from us not payment for the first night we were forced to stay there but we were so desperate to get out of there we would have left even without a refund.

We stayed in the bungalows overlooking mouse island and they were very nice if you could ignore the air path . Hotel is a little tired but the private pools made up for that

The bungalow’s pool is truly amazing!! Incredible views on the bay. But the bungalow itself is a bit basic though the bathroom is lovely and the main bed very comfy. The bungalow sliding door to the wonderful pool is super stiff. Also the air conditioning is in the living space of bungalow so doesn’t reach much of the bedroom space…though we didn’t feel hot but not cool either. Lunch by the main pool was delicious but the buffet dinner at night was pretty rubbish except for the salads! There is a sushi and fine dine restaurant and this is what I’ll try if I return. For a couple of days this hotel bungalow is an ideal spot for its scenery and almost private pool! Staff friendly but a couple of waitress weren’t. Right next to airport so if you like plane spotting : you will be spot on to hear and see them landing and take -off. Good standards of Cleanliness. Hope this helps!

Väldigt slitet hotell. Definitivt inte femstjärnigt snarare tre! Dåliga rum ännu sämre frukost. Dålig städning. Inget miljötänk över huvud taget. Flygen hörs tydligt dygnet runt. Bo hellre i Korfu stad, väldigt mysigt o möjlighet till bad.

Nice hotel
We had an enjoyable 4 night stay in a superior bungalow. The hotel was very nice and staff were helpful. The breakfast and pool food were excellent and good value for money. Location is right on the airport so was noisy at times, however it was fun seeing the planes coming in and taking off so overall it was actually a positive for us. The hotel has a bus stop right outside and it’s an easy 15-20 ride into the centre of town. The hotel was very clean and tidy.

Way below our expectations.
Sadly, this once icon of Corfu is looking long past its best and definitely suffers from lack of staff at peak times. The room we had (sea-view bungalow) was amazing views but the room is very basic and bathroom is ancient. Who stands in a bath in a 5* hotel these days. The “recommended” Sushi restaurant was an absolute joke. Basically all they serve is pre-made sushi and no main courses available. The wine we ordered out of stock, no Tempura or hot mains or deserts. Expecting to spend €100 per head, we struggled to spend €70 in total. Hopeless.

Μια αξιοπρεπής διαμονή με επιφύλαξη για βελτίωση
Μεγάλη Παρασκευή και Μεγάλο Σάββατο στη Κέρκυρα και στο ξενοδοχείο Holiday Corfu Palace. ΘΕΤΙΚΑ: ωραία θέα από το δωμάτιο προς το Ποντικονήσι. Πάρκινγκ και εξυπηρέτηση μολονότι ο κόσμος ήταν αρκετός και δεν έφταναν οι θέσεις. Ωραίο Πασχαλινό αναστάσιμο δείπνο ως προς την μαγειρίτσα. Δίπλα στο αεροδρόμιο και στην Παναγία των Βλαχερνών στην περιοχή κανόνι. ΑΡΝΗΤΙΚΑ: Δεν πρόκειται για ξενοδοχείο 5 αστέρων αλλά το περισσότερο τεσσάρων με επιείκεια. Τα δωμάτια απλά θα πω ότι χρειαζονται άμεσα ανακαίνιση, είναι πολύ παλιά και το μπάνιο και τα έπιπλα και γενικότερα η τιμή την βραδιά δεν ανταποκρίνεται σε αυτό το δωμάτιο. Προβληματικό οδικό δίκτυο στη περιοχή κανόνι για να κινηθεί κάνεις με αυτοκίνητο. Προσπαθεί το προσωπικό να εξυπηρετήσει και η νέα διεύθυνση αλλά θα χρειαστεί χρόνο και επιμονή για να φτάσει σε υψηλά standard που πρέπει σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο που ενημερώθηκαν ότι ήταν το πρώην Hilton με μεγάλη αίγλη.
