Top hotel geweldige locatie!
Super mooi hotel. Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. Op en top luxe en service. Uitzicht is indrukwekkend. Ontbijt is fantastisch lekker uitgebreid. Eten van zeer hoog niveau. Dicht bij het hele leuke stadje Lindos naar onze mening het leukste stadje van Rhodos. Echt een aanrader. Wij gaan zeker nog eens terug.

This was a beautiful hotel in a gorgeous setting. The room we had was large, well appointed, and had an incredible view of the Adriatic. However, it was the staff and the excellent customer service that made our stay superb. They exceeded our expectations in every way.

The staff at Aquagrand made our 3-night stay a wonderful experience. The location just a bit south of Lindos' main area is quiet and beautiful. The resort is fabulous with multiple swimming and dining options. Our spacious room overlooking the main pool with the Aegean Sea in the background was large, modern, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has options to satisfy almost any craving. We had dinner and enjoyed wine overlooking the Sea every evening. Thank you to our sommelier and new friend Papagiannis and his protege Fortini for taking such great care of us!

Un havre de paix parfait pour se reposer en amoureux ! Les sharing pool sont top Le main restaurant est franchement très bon (bravo au chef) et les desserts sont à tomber par terre (ce qui est rare dès que vous quittez la France). Le pdj est très varié et franchement bon Le site est majestueux et très bien entretenu Quelques bémols : - l'attente est trop longue pour se faire servir au snack bar de la piscine (elles ne sont que deux en plein rush) - la plage n'est pas d'un grand intérêt avec ses galets désagréables - la clim de notre chambre est tombée en panne pour la dernière nuit : un enfer, vous ne dormez pas de la nuit au mois d'Aout en Grèce sans climatisation ! (et aucun dédommagement offert au check-out)

I loved the design and the public areas. The room was very basic. The lighting in the room was terrible. Impossible to read or put on make up. The bath towels were very small and seemed worn out.There was no hand held shower in the shower.Staff was fabulous and ameneties were superb. The mattress was not comfortable.

Hotel dalle ottime caratteristiche, rilassante pulito e molto ben organizzato. L'unico neo è il servizio bar in spiaggia, lento e poco organizzato. Da migliorare. Nel complesso è un ottima struttura.

5 Star hotel out of town.
Everything was very good - service, food, room (private pool), housekeeping & beach. Located a little out of the way & require a hire car. Expected to "dress up" at all restuarants for dinner...not what we wanted for a Summer Beach holiday so we dined at some lovely restuarants in Lindos.

Overall lovely hotel, the look of this property is superb. Unfortunately it is lacking in atmosphere and we found it slightly sterile in terms of being friendly and welcoming. It is very very quiet almost where you found yourself whispering at times! The pool areas and beach could do with some more shower areas too which would be nice when it’s hot and you don’t want to get in the pool or sea. We were staying the the shared private pool suites which were lovely, again a shower area by the pool would be great. The rooms themselves are fantastic but shower area could have more space for toiletries and there was no plug next to kettle so coffee area in room could be slightly more user friendly. We had some drilling directly above us in one room where they had workmen in which we complained about. The hotel offered us a complimentary dinner in their Al la carte restaurant however when we got there they had only given us a ‘restricted menu’ of two choices of starter, main and dessert - all other diners had the full menu! We found this very disappointing as the hotel had offered the meal (they could have just offered a bottle of wine) and then to just offer two dining options was very strange! Overall hotel is beautiful but given its price and star rating, they do need to tweak the little touches. I’m not sure how they could fix the atmosphere of the hotel though.

Exceptionnel - Je recommande vivement !
Cet établissement est exceptionnel. Tout est très propre, bien entretenu et très calme. La restauration est parfaite. Le petit-déjeuner est tout simplement fantastique de part le choix et la fraîcheur des préparations. Le dîner (j'étais en demi-pension) est présenté à la carte, renouvelée tous les jours et d'une grande finesse. L'hôtel dispose de plusieurs restaurants. La chambre était d'une bonne surface avec une bonne terrasse donnant sur la piscine principale. La salle de bain est équipée d'une douche et d'un bain. Le nettoyage a toujours été parfait, sans faute ! Climatisation individuelle dans la chambre. L'environnement est très propre, les piscines sont nettoyées quotidiennement ainsi que tous les abords. Dernier point et pas le moindre, le personnel est exceptionnel ! Gentil, souriant et toujours là pour répondre à vos attentes, et ce en toute discrétion, signe d'un grand professionnalisme. Je recommande sans hésitation ce resort pour toutes les personnes cherchant à se relaxer. 50 min de l'aéroport - 5/6 km de Lindos et 3 km de Pefki (que je conseille). Le Wifi est présent sur tout le complexe, mais il mériterait une petite amélioration car un peu instable, mais bon c'est juste un petit détail... Séjour de 8 jours en mai 2019.

Relaxing holiday
We had a lovely stay at the AquaGrand. The welcome was amazing and the upgrade to our room, totally unexpected but much appreciated. The room with private pool was lovely and was cleaned to a high standard every day. We loved the food, lots of choice and all delicious. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good position on the beach and close enough to Lindos town and Acropolis, only a few minutes by car or a half hour easy walk. A must to see! We would definitely recommend to anyone.

Enjoyable stay but
My wife and I had a lovely holiday but slightly marred by a sewage smell on our patio and private pool areas.This was apparent in the morning and may have been due to cleaning in the adjacent sewage plant.In which case perhaps that should be completed before guests sit out after breakfast. The staff were very friendly and the buffet food excellent.I would recommend this hotel to any friends who do not have children as they are not allowed at this hotel.I would return in future.

Extremely pleased
Recreational high end. This is a perfect recreationanl resort that really delivers. You want peace and calm with high quality and privacy. This is the place. Everything from food to cleanliness was excellent. Pools great. The only minor thing was an unstable wifi connection, and relatively few tv channels. Also the cellphone network was out of coverage possibly due to the complex and stony terrain. I would focus on the wifi through. I should also say that the wifi worked well occasionally.

Aqua Grand was exceptional!!! My hubby and I made a quick getaway to Lindos and we did not regret it! The hotel was immaculate! The staff so so friendly and helpful! The beach was perfect and the pool in our suite was awesome! We have been blessed to have been able to stay at some of the top hotels and this is most definitely in our top 3! Don’t hesitate and book now if your loooking for the most relaxing and luxurious hotel in Rodos!!

Il resort è molto bello ed il mio giudizio è decisamente positivo, qualche piccolo miglioramento e sarebbe un resort di lusso perfetto. PRO Mare stupendo Struttura grande e verde curatissimo Personale estremamente gentile Ottima colazione e ristoranti Camere piacevoli CONTRO Carenza di indicazioni (l'unico cartello sulla strada è anonimo e non illuminato, di notte non si vede) All'ingresso i cancelli sono sono chiusi e bisogna chiedere per entrare, non proprio un arrivo da resort *****L. Il percorso per arrivare alle camere migliori passa tra ristorante e piscina attraverso una porta di emergenza, è più una scorciatoia che un vero percorso. Vengono forniti 2 asciugamani per stanza per la spiaggia, occorre ritirare un voucher nella boutique e poi chiederli e restituirli personalmente per ottenere la ricevuta per non pagare la penale al checkout. Ho chiesto un accendino o dei fiammiferi in reception e ho dovuto comprarli dalla boutique. Come anticipato, sono tutti difetti MINORI che non rovinano assolutamente il soggiorno, ma quando si viaggia in zona 1K€/notte si fanno notare. A parte queste piccolezze, il resort vale sicuramente la permanenza.

Perfect, a hidden gem!
Perfect! Great hotel, several pools, close to Lindos village. Good breakfast, several food options on site, friendly service, magnificent views, very peaceful. We got upgraded to a room with a shared swimming pool which was awesome. Spacious rooms, modern decor. I will stay here if coming back to Lindos!

Booked the room with private pool but it wasn't private. It was right next to the main pool and didn't look at all like the picture. When I asked to move to something more private it was a big upcharge. Will not stay here again.

Wedding Anniversary Celebration
What an amazing property this is. We were celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary at this hotel and had a great and unforgettable time. The property is very spread out, which even at full capacity doesn't feel busy at all. There are plenty of sun beds every day, no need to reserve. Bar serves amazing cocktails, we enjoyed them every night. For lunch we ate at Italian restaurant by the main pool or at the Greek restaurant by the beach, both served a great and very reasonably priced food. We also booked half board and enjoyed the dinner buffet food very much. Every evening there was a nice music/ entertainment by the beach which was a perfect way to chill out with a drink. Special thank you Despina for helping with our taxi arrangements and to the Maitre d' at the main restaurant for helping my husband with gluten free food.

Unser fünfter Aufenthalt
Bereits zum fünften Mal besuchten wir das Hotel. Seit den fünf Jahren scheint und hat der Service etwas nachgelassen. Die Mittagsrestaurants haben gewissen Charme und gute Bedienung verloren. Eine zerrissene Menukarte passt nicht zu 5 Sternen. Für einen late check out hat man 40 E zahlen müssen, wir finden als treue Gäste könnte man da grosszügiger sein... Die Reception ist sehr zuvorkommend und kompetent. Der Spa wird zu wenig beworben und ist im Keller untergebracht..Massage war aber gut. Sportliche oder sonstige Aktivitäten, wie zb Yogastd. oder Kochkurs werden nicht angeboten, schade.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms and all facilities are great. Massive rooms and very comfortable beds. Nice think mattresses on sun beds. Good food although al la carte pricey. Note that pebbly beach and very rocky getting into sea.

We arrived around 10.30pm and were greeted by two very friendly receptionists who informed us that we had been upgraded to a suite with a pool and sea view. WOW what a great start to our stay. I could go on and on but in summary , fantastic hotel with warm and friendly staff everywhere you went. The hotel itself was spotless ! The restaurant was awesome, from the friendly greeting on entering to the friendly servers, they all went out of their way to ensure you got everything you wanted. The choice of food was something else, from the displays through to the taste awesome. You need to go there as it's pure pleasure ! Highly recommend this hotel.
