Our experience wasn’t great. They gave us a room at level 1 after we asked for upgrade. The room had limited sunlight and had two single beds joined together we came apart while sleeping. If i had known this is what they will serve then in the same price there are much better options available. For the price they charged, I wouldn’t recommend it. Also, don’t get fooled by rooftop pictures on website - the facilities are average but view is decent.

Try to find the hotel parking was very difficult as there is no instruction provided by the hotel to detail the street name etc ended up using the valet parking, did take them a long time to move the car from a time restricted spot outside the hotel so hoping not to receive a parking fine from the hire car company! The queue for coffee in the morning was very long/ slow and the coffee ultimately wasn’t worth it as very bitter to taste! The hotel is however excellently located and the food served in their restaurant Santa Maria is good (we ate whilst waiting for our room to be available.

Location is just perfect! This hotel has plenty lobby space, large restaurant with a delicious breakfast buffet and comfortable rooms that look recently updated. I slept so well in a comfy bed and pillows! It has great A/C and dark shades. Also, spacious hot shower and several details throughout the room that really made a difference. The check in was a bit bumpy, but overall the staff is welcoming and helpful

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. Pretty decent hotel, walkable distance to the city centre. About 10-15 min UBER drive to Alhambra. The only downside is the parking. We arrived on Friday evening and the hotel parking was full. We had to park in another underground parking lot 7 min walk from the hotel. Otherwise the stay was enjoyable.

For a very reasonably priced property I felt this was an excellent choice. I don’t believe there’s anything to fault about the rooms, staff or it’s position within Granada, the only issues and why I’ve marked it down are that the roof terrace isn’t open at the moment due to work being carried out which should have been mentioned when booking, plus the car parking is sooo tight, which is fine but they have a valet service which would have been great to know before I drive around 3 times looking for the car park entrance. So overall minor issues but I’d definitely recommend this hotel as the refurb they’ve done is fantastic and once the roof terrace is finished it’ll be even better

Rigtig dejlig oplevelse i centrum af Granada
Meget indbydende hotel og meget service mindet personale. Alf fremstår i fineste stand. Et ekstra plus, der er p-kælder til hotellet og en meget venlig personale kører bilen op og sætter uden for hoveddøren. Mega god stil. Kan varmt anbefale dette hotel, som ligger centralt for alting.

Great location. Hop on Hop off train station only 5 minutes walk across from Deutsch Bank. Great shopping around Cathedral de Granada which is about 10 minute walk from hotel. Restaurant had good hours so we could get dinner at 5 pm while most restaurants didn't serve dinner until 8 pm. Only minor negatives was top of hotel was closed due to construction and I could not get change or book any tours from front desk.

Fantastic hotel in a great location!!
Had a fantastic stay for a long weekend as 2 couples. The rooms are of a high standard, with a very comfortable bed and good quality pillows. The buffet breakfast is extremely good with a lot of choice and options for fresh food being cooked such as omelettes. We enjoyed going into the lobby bar when we returned to the hotel each night and having a few more drinks before heading to bed. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and they even parked our hire car for us. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again as it is a great location for walking to everything in Granada.

Extremely clean, rooms are spacious and modern with everything you need. Restaurant has access to around 4 lifts , meaning you don’t have to wait for it. Hotel also has a private parking with access to the lift straight inside the hotel. Parking itself was not spacious and quite hard to park. Just small downside was when the cleaner was speaking loud with someone while I was sleeping and kinda woke me up. A bit unpleasant but other than that all staff professional and help you everything you need.
