'This House was ideal for my Wife's 70th birthday last weekend, all eighteen of our family agreed and it was a great success with everyone, however, The owner does need to improve the general condition of the decoration and some fittings, they have spent a fortune on a lovely new kitchen recently so they are seriously investing in the house, it would take a very small, by comparison, investment to put Bury Villa in TOP decorative order, which it needs in places, before the negative reviews start...
