'Honestly, the photos do not do this place justice - it is much bigger and better! Our Hosts, John and Sam were very welcoming and useful guides. The place was clean, tidy and very relaxing, which is a must in these challenging times. Brilliant transport links to St Andrews and Dundee. Car parking is £1 for 24hours at Leuchars train station so this is handy for exploring Edinburgh and Glasgow. The accommodation was worth the money and we were delighted with our welcome pack. 'We all had a great stay at Thistle Lodge. Very clean and well presented. The open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area was great for our family trip of 4 adults. A bonus was the outdoor gated patio, felt like a sense of security for our Labrador. Great base for exploring Perthshire. Will definitely return in the near future. '
