'Nous avons pu découvrir l'ensemble du bassin soit en vélo,soit en mixant vélo + voiture quand distance un peu longue. Les pistes cyclables sont nombreuses et agréables que ce soit pour circuler dans Arcachon ou vers l' océan et le Cap-Ferret. Les baignades dans le fond du bassin sont compliquées avec les marrées mais les balades à pied très sympas. On adapte selon la chaleur ou la pluie. 'We had a wonderfull week in the gites of Steve and Rob, surrounded by their own vineyard. The gite has everything needed, enough space, nice bedroom and bathroom, a covered car parking, outdoor furniture. We could also enjoy the garden and the petanque court, which Steve and Rob share with the guests. 'Très agréable séjour dans une maison qui offre toutes les commodités ! Nous n'avions pas besoin de sortir ! Tout était là ! Un très joli parc arboré où Mr le paon prenait plaisir à déambuler ! La piscine, un véritable atout, notamment par sa taille (9×5 m), fut très appréciée pendant ces jours de forte canicule ! On ne risque pas de s'y ennuyer avec tous les jeux qu'elle propose, de la table de billard, aux jeux de société, en passant par le baby-foot ! Finalement, chacun y trouve son compte !...

'Wij waren bijzonder enthousiast over ons verblijf in Sadirac! We werden heel vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen door Fabienne en Jean-Michel. Het authentieke karakter (oude wijnkelder) en de netheid (covid-proof) van de gîte beviel ons enorm. Een plek om echt tot rust te komen. De airconditioning kwam goed van pas tijdens de hete dagen. We maakten gebruik van de aanwezige fietsen om een tochtje in de buurt te maken. Van een oude spoorweg werd een fietspad gemaakt waarlangs je tot in Bordeaux kan...

'We stayed one week in Emmanuel's house. It's a comfortable, cozy house, enough space, very nice terras. The house is near a regional road. Unfortunately you cam hear the traffic rumour when you're outside. Our contact with Emmanuel was very good, our local host Christophe was very polite and hospitable.'

'Extremely well equipped to a high standard. We were welcomed with essential groceries, a bottle of wine and a speciality dessert of the region. Patrick was available if we needed him and managed the pool/cover. He was private and discreet. We have stayed in gites many times and this was one of the best with a great pool.'
