'This is such a beautiful house! Very nicely decorated and designed. The location is Absolutely perfect. It's away from the busy streets in the centre but it's only a 5 minute walk away. The views from the terrace are amazing, we could just sit and gaze at it for hours. The owners are very friendly and it was easy to contact them when beefde. As you'll just feel right at home I would recommand this place to anyone who plans to visit Cadaques.'

'We stayed at this villa with a group of 13 guys who were around the age of 20. Everything what was noted in the description was correct and there was plenty of room for any of us to have a nice holiday here. Furthermore is the owner of this villa a very nice and helpful man, he responded quickly at our questions during our stay. At last we want to say that the size of the pool was a major plus, it was bigger than we expected.'

'This was a great place for our first “home” in Spain after moving to Empuriabrava on a long term visa. The house was small and efficient with a washer and clothes line. The property has a continuous wall and locking gate so it was perfect for our dogs. Thee are also a pair or cushy patio chairs to enjoy the wonderful weather and Tramuntana winds. 'Bij aankomst was het verblijf ronduit vuil, stof op de legplanken van de kasten, elke stoel lag vol kruimels, douche met een vuile doek opgekuist tot zelfs een gebruikt maandverband in 1 van de vuilbakjes... vele excuses van de eigenaar, maar eigenlijk geen oplossing aangeboden. Dan het huis. Het uitzicht is mooi en daar stopt het. Elk terrasmeubel is verroest, in zowat elke kamer pelt de verf van het plafond, kleine dingen zoals de douche kop/slang zijn stuk, het stopcontact van de tv hangt...

'Het huisje was netjes en schoon. Het dakterras was een absolute topper. Voor mijn man, die 2 meter lang is, was het huisje te laag op veel plaatsen.'

Fully equipped kitchen with lots of cutlery and amenities even including basics as some salt, pepper, oil etc to allow proper cooking. 'The villa was looking clean. Many reviews told us that there was only one airco, but luckily there where two of them. Every room has it’s own portable ventilator which also is very nice. The pool was getting a bit dirty at the end, but somebody came to the house to fix that problem. Overall a nice place to stay!!'

'Hoewel Roses ons een beetje massaal overkwam (te verwachten in Jul/Aug), hebben wij een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad. Concepcio is zeer aardig, flexibel en hartelijk. Het terras, het prive-zwembadje en de mooie tuin met BBQ zijn heerlijk vertoeven met veel schaduw. De prive-parkeerplaatsen op eigen terrein zijn een uitkomst. 'We had a very nice stay in this house which was located right in the centre of Figueres. It wa spacious enough for 2 and the garden was lovely for having breakfast and to relax at the end of the day. The house was very clean but the garden could do with some more attention.
