Nice hotel, probably best for the money
Hotel located in a good part of Geneva, close to the central train station. Rooms are okay, not too big but also not very small. Iron board is part of the standard room offering, also free water is included. Bathroom is really outdated and mixing cold and warm water when taking a shower in the bath is something I did not have to do for ages, and hope next time this is fixed and upgraded

Netjes en mooi hotel midden in het centrum.
Een goed mooi en luxe hotel, personeel was zeer vriendelijk en spraken correct en duidelijk Engels. Kamer was voldoende ruim en netjes. Nadeel was dat de douche in het bad was en voor mensen die wat meer aan de lengte zijn ( Ik ben 1.90 ) niet echt fijn douchen is. Tevens fluctueerde de temperatuur van de douche regelmatig van warm naar best fris. Het ontbijt is maar tot 10.30 uur

Prima hotel!
Prima hotel , goeie ligging, nabij een bus/treinstation waar vanuit je gratis de stad kunt verkennen met de ovpas die je krijgt tijdens het inchecken. op 300 meter lopen kun je de prachtige fontein in het meer bezichtigen en heerlijk langs het water wandelen. Hotel is mooi , en schoon!

Very convient location if arriving by train - a 2 minute walk. Rooms were small but comfortable. Bed was excellent as were pillows. Did charge us 30CHF for early arrival which we didn’t understand or need. After talking with staff they did reverse it. Although the person that did the refund acted like it was coming from his pocket - very short with us. Breakfast is ok 29CHF. But food around is also very expensive.

Great location directy across from the train station. The staff was very nice. The room was very nice with great views of the mountains. The only issue is that the room was extremely hot at night - there was not air moving. We were told that the A/C is shut off at this time of year. We were advised to open the window. We were on the 6th floor right above a traffic light. We heard every car and truck that stopped at the light. We also heard people coughing, talking and yelling in the square below - sleep was unfortunately not an option. We loved Geneva just wished for a decent night's sleep.

Hotel is very nice. Room has large window giving great view. Conveniently placed in the city centre and near the train station - Breakfast expensive for what it is - The fragrance diffused in the lobby smells very cheap. It does not go with the standing of the hotel.

Had an amazing time during our 2 nights. The room and view was gorgeous. Special thanks to Lucia for advising us on the city and excursions. We felt very comfortable in city with her recommendations. Location was perfect, walkable to the lake and main downtown. Tram station right outside hence easy access to UN office. We would love to come back and stay here.

My stay at the hotel was perfect. I always stay at this hotel because of the concierge man whose name Omar. Omar is very professional man. He speaks fluent English and flow in French. The property is old - the rooms have a lot of water damage and black discolouration in the bathrooms. Staff are friendly / cleaning staff are lovely. Just an aging property with very out of date washrooms.

what a perfect stay
We arrived for our son's wedding. We booked the penthouse for 4 people. The apartment, the comfort, the elegance were at the highest level. The hotel staff were kind, pleasant, full of goodwill. They went out of their way to help. The breakfast was always fresh, rich and varied. The location is excellent. Right next to the train and tram station, minutes to any central location. A wonderful experience.
