Good verblijf, prijs kwaliteit was goed. Veel en goede faciliteiten: fitness, restaurants, ... Zeer compleet en lekker ontbijt. Goed gelegen, vlak bij de luchthaven.

A nice treat!
I enjoyed a fantastic overnight stay before an early morning flight out of Geneva airport. The hotel is conveniently situated, but has a luxurious, elegant look and feel. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the rooms clean and neat. Prices in the restaurant are very high, but the food was excellent.

The hotel was overbooked. On my arrival I was told it was no room available. I was transferred to another hotel - with a much longer distance from the Vitafoods arena. My booking was not respected.

Ne vaut pas un 4,5* !!
Service de chambre décevant, durant le séjour de 7 nuits , 1x changer les tasses usagées, idem pour les verres. Le flacon de gel douche vide à notre arrivé, et toujours vide à votre départ !! Un hôtel 4.5 * qui ne possède même pas de quoi peser un bagage, Vous donne un pèse personne sur lequel il faut se peser soi-même avec le bagage pour connaître le poids du bagage !! Certaines personnes de la réception ne parlent même pas français !! Petit déjeuner jusque 10,30 hrs. a 10,20 hrs il y’a un appel qui vous le rappel !! Seul point positif, la navette de et vers l’aéroport, et l’amabilité de 2 réceptionnistes, notamment Samy et Morane .

Terrible parking lot but nice rooms
Hotel was nice. Not prepared for our 4 guests—room was only ready for 2, so we had to call room service to bring us linens for our 2 children. Parking Lot is terrible! So big and not signed well. We got lost and drove in circles trying to find the hotel parking. Had to exit the lot and try again. Finally found the hotel parking level, but no signs to the hotel elevator. Ended up on the back side of the building and had to pull all of our luggage around the outside to the hotel entrance. Super frustrating! But the hotel was clean and nice.

Reisde met familie
Positief: Netheid, personeel en service en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Outstanding hotel and the reception staff member who checked us in was exceptional. Offered us a fresh water drink as we arrived at the desk. He was both professional and humorous - a great touch for travellers like ourselves. The room was excellent. I would highly recommend this airport hotel
