'Had a really nice stay at this property, with friendly & professional staff, clean room & public areas, and essential amenities that includes free coffee in the morning. Only downfall I can see for leisure travelers is that there’s not much to do during daytime around the hotel because it is located in a business district.'

'Great hotel in a good location. Near to plenty of shops and restaurants. The metro is only a few minuets walk plus there is a bus service outside with direct connections to Incheon airport. Finally managed to use the swimming pool this trip. Although not that big, if you time it well its pretty empty. Great changing room facilities. They even supply your own t-shirt and swimming shorts if you forget yours.'

'The place was clean and tidy, beds were okay. Aircon seemed broken since cooling was on but the room heated up to 29 degrees ! Restaurant was dissapointing in the evening. Breakfast in the morning was chaos with a long waiting que to be seated and half a restaurant empty !'

'Prima hotel. Op loopafstand van een grote Mall en vele bushaltes en tramverbindingen. Hotel was schoon, vriendelijk personeel en veilig. Je kan in het hotel ontbijten ( zeker doen ivm weing ontbijt opties in de buurt), lunchen en dineren ( beide niet nodig als je gaat verkennen) genoeg ander opties in de buurt. Wij waren er 20 dagen. Dat was te lang voor zo'n hotel. Is toch meer voor korte verblijven of zakelijke reizen. Al met al prima hotel met als grote pluspunt lokatie. '

"We had a very nice stay at the Lotte city hotel in the beginning of november. We had a fine room, which was very clean. The breakfast is excellent at the hotel. The personell is very helpfull and polite. All transport and shops and highlights of Seoul are very nearby. Myeong-dong is 6 minutes walk. The important metro to tourist attractions is also very near. Also the other shopping facilities and Seoul tower are very near. "
