This was my favorite hotel so far in my trip to Japan and I've been to 5 hotels so far in different cities including Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and Hiroshima. I went on a cloudy day so I couldn't see Mt Fuji when I checked in which I was bummed about but then I went to the public bath they have inside of the hotel and it was amazing, I went at night before closing and early morning at opening and it was pretty empty. The best part was the next day I woke up to Mt Fuji from outside my room window and I also go to see Mt Fuji from the observation deck.

Perfect view on mount fuji. But the bed was the worst out of the 4 hotels i stayed in. It was small compared to the room The room was very big tho.

Unexpected high quality hotel
It is highly recommended if you are going on a road trip.It is suggested to download "go taxi" or uber since we mostly rely on taxi when we need to go out.You can also also ask help from the front desk to help you call a taxi to Kawaguchiko station, the front desk is very friendly and there are staff who can speak fluent English. Therefore, there is no worry if you do not know how to speak Japanese. The bell shopping mall is just the opposite of the hotel which is very convenient. You can find surpermarket, daiso and drug stores so there is no worry if you want to buy some daily necessities.There are also some restaurants near to the hotel which the prices are reasonable. Convenience stores such as lawson, 7-11 and family mart are also near to hotel which favours to people who love shopping thr convenience stores. The hotel size is bigger than what we imagined and everything you need have already been provided in the room. The muji view is very nice for rooms but it is quite unlucky that it is snowing so we can see nothing. Overall, we highly suggest this hotel if you do not mind if the hotel is not near to Kawaguchiko station since you can almost get what you need in the hotel and from the surroundings.

Scenic view.. hygiene concerns.
This hotel boasts excellent facilities and offers a stunning view of Mount Fuji, providing a picturesque backdrop during my stay. However, travelers should note that the location is somewhat distant from Kawaguchiko station, especially if carrying luggage. In my experience, after missing the last bus, a taxi was necessary, costing ¥900 - a minor inconvenience. One significant concern was the noticeable body odor of a staff member in the lobby, which was quite off-putting upon arrival. It was strong enough to be potentially noticeable to others as well. While this did not ruin the overall experience, it is a point of hygiene that the hotel management might want to address with their staff to ensure a more pleasant and welcoming environment for all guests.

L’hôtel est tout simplement parfait , chambre avec vue sur le Mont Fuji , c’était juste magnifique , j’en garde un souvenir exceptionnel… chambre très bien agencée et équipée , lit confortable , calme , propre. un peu loin des transports en commun , rapidement accessible en taxi mais je vous recommande de louer un vélo pour votre séjour

The hotel is located quite far (30 mins walk) from the bus station. If you intend to walk to the hotel with your heavy luggage it is going to be quite challenging as the hotel is situated on the hilltop. Quite disappointed with the hotel staff as our request for rooms facing mount fuji was very quickly turned down though the hotel was quite empty. It is totally pointless to stay in this hotel if you are unable to secure a room facing Mt Fuji.

Good value-for-money hotel with some rooms having amazing views to mount Fuji. The hotel has also a restaurant with pancakes but unfortunately it only opens at 11am. The check-in and check-out times are non-negotiable and they wouldn't make an exception. They can keep your luggage though and will bring it to the room if you arrive early. The onsen with Fuji view is only for men. Sauna and onsen overall are nice.

性格比十分高的酒店
優點：9600yen就能睡一晚，加上富士山景。房間很大，還有大浴場。洗衣房有免費洗衣粉，其他酒店不一定有。附近商場有超市，有遊樂場。第一天看不到富士山就去了打發時間。住一晚可以休息，又可以看看第二天能不能看到富士山。 缺點：除了要由河口湖站到酒店要走20分鐘外，都沒甚麼好投訴。雖然櫃台前職員英文不太好，但都有外藉職員能回答。

Nice hotel, with very spacious rooms and lovely view of Fuji from your room. The Terrace outside gives a better unobstructed view of Fuji and the night sky. There is also coin laundry and free public onsens baths. Otherwise, biggest issue is being so far from the station and the infrequency of the public bus that comes here (the bus also stops running at 6 or 7pm so don't return late else you walk 20mina from the station to here.)

One of the best moderately priced hotels I've ever stayed at. If you want a huge room look elsewhere, But if you want a very well laid out smaller room with every detail thought out perfectly stay here. If your room is basically for sleeping and showering stay here. Also a beautiful onsen.

富士山が窓から正面に見え大変良かった。朝、コーヒーを飲もうとケトルの蓋を開けたら底に違和感があったのでやめました。あとはとても良いホテルだと思います。
