'I picked up the keys on Friday May 27 at 1PM and was informed that the cleaning company was delayed to 4PM, with the request to enter the house after that time. After being handed the keys, I had a quick look at the house. It was left behind in a complete mess by the previous guests. A little far out but taxis readily available. 15 minute walk to the sea front with bars and restaurants but steep hill to walk back up. Check in process was poor. The key manager told us nothing about the villa and didn't show us round. We wrongly assumed there would be a welcome book but alas no. We had no wifi code, no alarm instructions, had to speak to a neighbour to find out where rubbish bins were. We reported...

'Lovely villa with great views to the sea. Fantastic pool. The roads are very steep so I would advise walking down to the beach (20 minutes) and taxi back. Also taxi up to the Carefore market where theres a couple of restraunts and a chemist then walk back (again 20 minutes). Be warned, taxi will arrive in about 5 minutes so make sure youre ready.'
