This hotel is located in a very nice area and the pools are very nice. The parking is very convenient and it’s free. Do not expect much from your room. We had the suite. Our upstairs shower leaked and the first night the whole room was flooded. The shower door design is flawed hence the water leak every time I took shower. The room water would be cold for 5-7min before it warmed up. Overall room quality was poor. The bed wasn’t comfortable.

Hyvä aamiainen, erinomainen kuntosali ja muut oheispalvelut (hieronta, jooga, jumpat jne). Häiritsevää joka puolella soiva klubi beatilla jumputtava musiikki, joka kuului uima-allasalueelta myös huoneeseen. Kyseinen musiikki oli aina päällä kaikissa baareissa ja ravintoloissa. Sama nauha päivästä toiseen.

The room was not any resemble to the resort style hotel and amenities. We got to hotel late after 8 pm and decided to eat at 10 pm and all the restating the hotel were closed we had to order room service. The room was very small and the bed was so hard, had the worst night of our entire trip with not beign able to get comfy and the room would get hot during the night. Like I said earlier the resort is beautiful but the room accommodations very poor.

No store on premises. Shuttle hours changed during my stay without notice. Long walk to the beach and restaurant. Must take taxi or Uber from the beach if you miss the shuttle. Cafe opens late. Charges for early checkin - most US flights arrive in the morning. No access to the spa even when you book a massage or other treatments. Food at the restaurant mediocre - best to eat at the restaurants by the beach.

The complimentary shuttle hours change during the low season period as our Beach Club reduces their opening hours. Bästa hotellupplevelsen!
Detta vara utan tvekan en av de bästa hotellupplevelserna jag varit med om! Servicen var utomordentlig och oerhört professionell. Frukostbuffén var otrolig! Många padelbanor med världstränare och fina poolområden. Vill man till stranden så har hotellet ett tåg som åker runt i området gratis för hotellgäster. L’accueil était super désagréable le personnel pas du tout aimable j’ai pas pour habitude de laisser de mauvais commentaires mais cette fois j’ai étais déçu pas digne d’un hotel de se standing. Les chambres étaient belle mais bcp de choses ne fonctionnait pas et des prisés étaient décollés super dangereux pour de jeunes enfants.

Cher Mabrouk,Bien que nous soyons navrés de lire vos commentaires sur votre séjour au sein de notre hotel, sachez que ceux-ci ont été pris en considération et revisés par l'équipe de Direction, nous souhaitons toutefois cueillir l'occasion pour clarifier certains aspects de votre appréciation par simple souci d'exactitude des informations reportées. Votre réservation était de base pour 2 personnes, dans une chambre avec accès à mobilité réduite. Ce type de chambre est pour maximum 2 adultes et un bébé, et la loi ne nous permet pas d'accueillir plus de clients dans ce type de chambre, ni même des enfants. Avant votre arrivée, il y a eu un appel téléphonique avec notre équipe, qui vous a fait part du problème et vous a communiqué une solution, mentionnant les chambres dans lesquelles nous pouvions vous acceuillir et la différence de prix entre celles-ci et votre réservation. Cette Upgrade fut acceptée premièrement de votre part durant cet appel. Nous comprenons que vous avez éventuellement changer d'avis une fois arrivé à l'hôtel, cependant, comme expliqué avant par notre personnel, nous ne pouvions pas avoir 4 personnes, même s'il s'agit de 2 enfants et 2 adultes, dans ce type de chambre, et notre personnel ne pouvait donc que vous placer dans un autre type de logement, à un coût additionnel, qui vous avait éte mentionné au préalable, étant de plusieurs catégories supérieures.En ce qui concerne d'éventuels éléments ne fonctionnant pas dans la chambre, nous n'avons aucune note que ces soucis ont éte communiqués à nos équipes, et nous aurions apprécié le savoir quadn vous étiez présents, dans quel cas nous aurions pu vous offrir une solution afin d'améliorer votre moment parmi nous.Tout de même, nous sommes désolés que votre séjour n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos espérances et que la chambre ne vous ait pas plu et nous vous remercions une nouvelle fois pour votre feedback.Cordialement,Guest Experience TeamHiguerón Resort Málaga, Curio Collection by Hilton

Hotel is beautiful. Not hugely busy and staff are friendly. Breakfast is good - Despite upgrading to a duplex suite, access to the onsite spa was not included in our rate, which was really disappointing having paid £350 per night

Not living up to be a part of Hilton family
This is a business hotel, not living up to be a part of the Hilton family, the design of the shower and the toilets inside the rooms are so stupid i do not have words, after every shower the room floor was full of water, as the shower stands inside the room, and doors could not be closed. They charge 40 euro to let you have the room before 03.00, even if the room was clean and ready, they need to step up the service, better to rent a air bb in the area.
