I booked this property the day before arrival for the night of Dec 21 to 22. When I arrived, the property was locked and dark, there was a sign at the lobby door that the property disclosed until early January. I had to find another hotel at 9pm. I checked a day later and the property was still listed as available. Don't know if it is Mercure 's or Expedia's fault! Very disappointed by the service, of course!
